Yeah not real impressed. Right hand mirror was broken off car while in their possession, they claim it came in that way. When I dropped it off mirror was FIRMLY attached. They say it feel off during a test drive. I bought a replacement and installed my self. They offered to install but I didnt want them to touch vehicle. Maybe a customer hit it with their door or otherwise broken in parking lot who knows. Ok but my dipstick was NOT zip tied to block, it is now!, Not a biggie, but like I said there was a bolt there before. Had some other missing hardware as well. And I really dont like how the tech wrote up my front end as sloppy, and lose and let me leave without saying a word! I drive this everyday, and havent noticed it. Went back to get an explanation, and he said he writes every car with front wheel drive and high mileage the same way. Its not at a dangerous point, but will need attention in the future. Well thats all well and fine but put that in the narrative, OR tell that to me before I leave, as I got home and read all this and got a little excited. I do my own maintenance and know a thing or two about cars, just felt slimed on after I left. Needless to say Im in no hurry to get back there.

I was out of state visiting for a week the night before my departure my car begins leaking i took it to After Hours the lady receptionist knew my car better than i did and was able to pinpoint visually where the leak was coming from and give me pointers and peace of mind explained everything in grave detail so id understand my car went in the next morning it was diagnosed and fixed and i was back on the road by 430... car went threw multiple quality checks from different levels of advocates to ensure work was completed and problems were fixed correctly... impressive ....also they offered me shuttle service to and from work.. i meet the owners who by the way are simply amaizing down to earth honest and determined to prove to u that good quality repair services are still out there and will not break the bank doing so... no hassle over things i didnt need no pressure buying.. hands down the best repair experience ever i recommend to anyone in area with car troubles they are not just auto repair they are family .. thanks again oh and i made it back to my home town safe and sound and no leaks present

What a wonderful, very clean, and friendly shop this is! A couple of my co-workers and myself came here onsite one evening for an OSHA Safety Meeting Class. Mark and Summer were very hospitable! We got served a hot, tasty supper catered in straight from Olive Garden and than had the meeting after supper. I could tell that when I walked into the shop for the first time that Mark, Summer, and the rest of their employees are very particular in what they do. Everything from the floor to the toolboxes was all nice and clean. (Even the waiting room in the front office was clean, smelled fresh, and looked inviting!) The shop floor was so clean that you could hardly see a grease or oil spot on the floor! I would definitely recommend this shop to anybody that has problems with their vehicle(s). Mark and Summer are great people to deal with and will provide excellent, customer service to you with a smile!

Excellent service. My first experiece with afterhours was when I needed some terribly bad at the last minute. I got a previous misdiagnois from somewhere else on my vehicle that would have cost me over a thousnad dollars and After hours pinpointed my problem in no time flat. I recently had an oil change and a tuneup but I also had some rattling going on under neath my vehicle. I was given the best posible advice on what to do. The service is great, the people are wonderful. I reccomend them 150% to anyone looking for a good and honest mechanic.

Very impressed , from step one to the car being done. I took them a car that I had been working on myself and couldnt figure out what was wrong.They took down a lot of notes when I brought my car in and really payed attention to what I was saying. From there they gave me a good idea of what was going to be done to diagnose it further. Each step of the way they kept me well informed and told me step by step everything that was done. My car was fixed and running better than ever in no time, no parts just labor. I recommend them highly.

I have been very impressed with the honest, trustworthy service. I have taken all my vehicles to After Hours Auto. I have referred others that have received the same excellent service. All services were excellently done, plus important issues were also found and pointed out for my consideration, proving "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure". You wont find many shops out there that will take care of you as much as After Hours Auto.

No one in my town outside of Wichita would perform work on my 2010 Tacoma because of the aftermarket warranty. I drove into Wichita to After Hours for service and they were Great ! Alison was outstanding in dealing with the warranty company. She sent pictures and made all arrangements with the warranty company. It seemed like a detailed process, but it was all handled in a most professional manner. Great People !

Prompt Service and Trustworthy!! Another mechanic told me my truck had to fixed at a franchised dealer only. The franchised dealer charges 105 per hour btw. After Hours was much less per hour and fixed my truck right the first time. Mark and his staff did a great job of fixing and keeping me informed as to the progress of the repairs. I highly recommend this business!

Great People/ Great Service When my radiator went out on me I called after hours and they squeezed me in. I had a full day of things to do that day. They drove me to the east side, downtown and then to my home in Goddard. Then they dropped my vehicle off to me at my home at the end of thier work day. They literally went the extra mile.

I brought in my car to have the A/C vaccumed and recharged. I was able to drop it off around 11am on a saturday and I got a call that it was done less than an hour later. Picked it up, A/C is working awesome, great price, friendly staff, and all I hear is good things about this place. I definitely reccomend After Hours Auto Repair.

Very Reliable and Trustworthy...In the past, I only trusted having my Lexus worked on at the dealership. I heard of their reputation for honesty and quality work so I gave them a try. I have been nothing but pleased with the work they do and how personable they are. Take your care there...you will be glad you did.

I have been using After Hours for several years. Very Informed and Always Friendly and Helpful. Everything you need, A/C, Oil Change, Tires and more. Each time I go on a road trip I go in for a "check it out and fix it" before I go. Great Job Guys and Gals. Female Friendly, I send my wife in no worries!
