If I cant give this place a zero stars I will. Horrible experience costumer service is horrible we run into a brake problem and since they are right by my job we figured they will be able to help. Well they couldnt as soon as we walk in the rude guy who attend us give us attitude. We explain him the problem and he cut us off imidiatily saying well I have 5 car ahead of you and we first have to do a inspection I say thats fine will wait and then he act like he didnt understand me and say will do a free zero Dollars inspection with a racis attitude never in my life felt more discriminated then at that moment. This person its showing that this company sees with good eyes racism comments and thats disappointing.

I have only taken my car there twice for an oil change and tire rotation. I think its kind of weird how both times they have found a nail in a perfectly good tire and the nail happened to be in the sidewall both occasions. I had to buy a new tire each time and I must add I check my tires everday and neither one of my tires had a leak in them.

I dont understand all the negative reviews here. All I got is top notch service and amazing customer service! This is my 5th 4 tire set and every time I was pleasantly satisfied with all. Today, I was helped by Nicholas and he over exceeded my expectations! Replaced all 4 tires and switched pressure sensor with less than an hour!

Have brought a few different cars in for different services. Realized I had a flat, took it in right after 5pm and was out there by 6. I was told it needed to be replaced and they came back out 5 minutes later to let me know they made a mistake reading the report and that the tire could be saved for much cheaper. Great service!

1hr for rotate and balance tires and another 40 minutes for an oil change. I dont care if I purchased the rotate and balance plan. This is the last time I use these guys. I was told there is no physical way to do the oil change in less than 40 minutes to 1 hour. I would understand if I walked in but I had an appointment.

I went to firestone (on kellogg) for 4 new tires. They did a fantastic job. Price was great and I got my car back in 2 hours. Im taking my husband car in this weekend and getting him 4 new tires also. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Well done fire stone employees. Awesome job!!!! :)

Had a leak in my front right tire. Turns out I needed a new one, and the guys were very helpful and polite! I didnt have an appointment and it was all done on the same day within a few hours. Definitely a great experience!

Called to see if it was possible for them to mount 235 50 18 tire. Regular factory tire. Was told it wouldnt fit their machine. Well if thats too big of a job, the place is a joke!
