Tim is just fantastic and can be trusted. His number one priority when I brought in my PT cruiser for a whole mess of work was the safety of my family. He was the second person that I took the car to and he was very polite and upfront. He advised me on a number of options in which one was to let the car go. He did not try to sell me anything that I didnt need. Well he fixed my car and after calling around I know I got the best price. What was most impressive he called and asked if he could take my car on a long drive on the high way to make sure it was safe for my family. He stated that he would rather the car break down on him then it break down on me when I have my 3 young boys in the car. Well the car ran great. Great customer service, great service on the car and no BS. He is not out to make a buck on you and gave me options that didnt lead to him making more money. I trust him and will never take my car anywhere else. I have never had a more positive experience and man this car has caused me some heartache. They are a solid professional crew and I never leave reviews. Thats how good these guys are.

I started going to AAMCO about a year ago when my Transmission started acting up. I first dealt with Will. He was awesome. He actually argued with my bumper to bumper warranty company and made them give me a brand new transmission vs a used one that would cause issues shortly after. They got me my new transmission done in about a week. Had some issues with seals not sealing after putting it in, fixed that issue in a few days. Was good to go. He didnt have to argue with the company. They werent gaining anything out of it. But he did and thats awesome to me. This past week I took both my cars in for some maintenance. Dealt with Shelby. She was very friendly and helpful. I took my Galant in on Monday, had it back Wednesday. Dropped off my Mustang on Wednesday, got it back Thursday. They did an awesome job. I really like how theyre honest and dont try to upsell anything. If you dont need something done or you can hold off on it, theyll tell you. I will continue to come back there and recommend people as I have been for the past year!

If you need work done and you want to be treated fairly and involved in the process,this is the place to go. They will tell you what needs to be done now and what needs to be done soon. You approve the repairs after they help you make an educated decision. Very fair prices and great staff who are not pushy, which is why they have worked on and keep my four used vehicles running smoothly.

I PAID for a AC diagnosed told me I needed a new compressor & condensor.....I got a second opinion from an AC specialist and all it Really Needed was to fix two leaks, Recharge & new freon. Smh
