I was in an accident on in November of 2015. I had to get one new rim and in order for me to get one knew where it was going to cost me $500 and on top of that it would not been the same color as my other rims. So I went to a place that I can do Finance so that I can get all new tires and rims. When I came in they were sweet as can be they showed me the rooms they could show me the tires they show me the prices. The gentleman at the front desk told me that was going to be $56 every two weeks he even wrote it down on the invoice had me sign the invoice approving of that balance. Then I signed a contract with Snap Finance I should have read the contract but I looked and saw that the $56 is on there and I got ahead and signed. About 3 weeks after Snap Finance had finally charged my card for $56 but they did it on the wrong date so I feel negative in my bank account because I was not expecting it. So I called Snap Finance and I spoke with a lady and then she informed me that it was $56 every week. Im a single mother I cant afford more than $100 each paycheck to go towards rims and tires I wouldnt have signed if I knew of that. So after I got off the phone with Snap Finance I called Texas tires and explain to them my situation I even had the invoice showing that he put $56 down biweekly. He said that a manager would get ahold of me and then it was two weeks after that I decided to call again I complained again he told me that he would give his manager or the owner my phone number so he can contact me directly. 3 weeks came after that and still no word so I finally called and I complained and complained and complained until someone would listen to while I was complaining. He told me I should have read the contract that I should have done this that I should have done that he would not have a minute to his own fault that they messed up showing me one thing and then charge me for something different I was very upset and very unhappy with how they took care of me. And on top of that they did not do a very good job with balancing my tires and on top of that my tire keeps going flat. My light keep popping on Ive already went there twice already for them to figure out what is going on they keep telling me that theres holes in my tires. I just want to let you know this was a very bad experience I would have put a zero for the stars I am not very pleased with this place I really am very upset with the whole situation. Now that I am barely making it by with bills I am very upset so beware of this store Beware of the company Beware of the owners and the people that work there they will trick you.

Had tires installed on March 27th, vehicle traveled approximately 80 miles, on April 1st, 4 days later had a right rear wheel fall off. Called Texas tire, and they were very unhelpful on resolving my issue. I took it upon myself to call a wrecker to bring it to their shop since they would not assume responsibility. When it got there, they fixed the broken wheel studs, lug nuts and a used wheel. Still owed at this point is the tow bill, and a chrome center cap, both valued at about $160. Spoke with the owner this morning, and he refused to pay the bill, as he was not taking responsibility, but this is only after he fixed the partial truck. Be very leary of this shops insurance and business practices. I will tell everyone I know about this story. 4-6-2015 Edit. After a few calls, and talking to each other like adults, the wrecker bill was paid in full. I dont owe Texas tire anything, and they dont owe me anything. Will I continue to use them, very unlikely, but in the end, they did the right thing and take care of the customers damaged vehicle. The owner of the shop was far more logical and friendly than the manager.

My Son went to the belknap location and bought wheels and tires in march of 2017 and the tires were coming apart and they said theyd take care of it my son had to work so i went down there On saturday the 8th 2017 and let me just say ill NEVER GO BACK TO ANOTHER TEXAS TIRE LOCATION PERIOD THE TIRES WERE ALL SUPPOSE TO BE WARRANTIED OH SO NOW THE MANAGER TELLS ME THEY DONT MAKE THE TIRES I HAVE THAT I WOULD HAVE TO UPGRADE TO DIFFERENT TIRES AND THEY WOULD ONLY WARRANTY 3 OF THE 4 TIRES THAT ID HAVE TO PAY FOR THE OTHER ONE WHICH WAS 220 BUCKS THEN HE TAKES THE MONEY AND PUTS IT IN HIS POCKET HMMM...SENDS ME TO THE BROADWAY LOCATION FOR THEM TO PUT THEM ON AND THAT PLACE IS A JOKE THEY HAD SOME NEW KID THERE THAT DIDNT KNOW WHAT THE BLOODY HELL HE WAS DOING ENDED UP SCRATCHING ALL 4 WHEELS AND DIDNT OFFER ANY SOLUTION ..HMMM SO THAT GIVES THEM THE RIGHT TO SCREW THEM UP ? WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FIRST THEY SAID THEY WOULD WARRANTY ALL 4 TIRES THEN HAD ME PAY FOR ONE THEN THE MANAGER PUTS THE MONEY IN HIS POCKET ..I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN PERIOD

Horrible place. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!! Carlyle and Armod are horrible unprofessional people. They sold me 2 used tires and one turned out to be patched on the side and was flat after 1 week. When I called and spoke to Carlyle and Armod they said they would not refund me any money and said "well you didnt have a blowout" like really???? Who says that? The only option I was given was money towards something else, but why the hell would I want to go back there after that? I should have never been sold a side patched tire, luckily I didnt have a blowout. I even had the tire with the side patch to show them, but they still refused saying sorry, its used that whats you get. NEVER NEVER NEVER do business with any TEXAS TIRE shop, they have 2 in Haltom City and are crooked! The day I was in there, a man even came in complainingabout a tire that was fixed and now flat again. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. This is not how a business should be ran, cant believe it!

I just think that the service could be better. When mine was done they said the Tire sensors was changed and then the light comes on in my dash then they say take it to dealership to reset it. Well I did that and there are no sensors in my new tires and rims. So I go back and they say there is nothing they can do. So instead of just fixing the problem they said I was on my own. So they lied in the first place 2 times. Then they wont own up to their mistakes. Yes they gave me a great deal but I dont deserve a half ass job. So the job was never completed. I would not recommend these guys to anyone. I even contacted the better business Bureau and they are flooded with complaints about them. Texas Tire #4. Do not recommend them. They do not do the job you pay them to do. 1800.00. Should deserve full service not half. Go somewhere else folks.
