I took my wifes car in because the brakes were having issues. I was hoping bleeding the brakes would have fixed the issue. So the guys at Midas tested the brakes and bled them but that still didnt help. They thought it was the master cylinder. So we agreed to the $400 repair and we went home. The mechanic called us later that afternoon to pick it up. When we arrived he said that the master cylinder did not fix the problem and we would not be charged. He gave us recommendation of what to do next.Even though the problem wasnt fixed I am glad we had an honest mechanic. Thanks!

Ive been a customer here for years. Keith and the whole staff are outstanding. Honest and reliable service with no up selling. Ive had a great deal of work done on various vehicles and NEVER have I had to take one back because of something they missed. If you live in Watauga,NRH or surrounding areas and are in need of a great mechanic...start here and you will not need to look any further. Fair pricing and quick service. I TRUST them. As long as I can get to the shop thats where I will go. Im a customer for life.

They were not very friendly. They seem to be depressed acting. Quiet&reserved. Went for oil change. Not sure if they did everything,that they were suppose to do. When I left,I said Thanks&have nice day. They mumbled something..I think...Very disappointed. Will not be back. At least to that location. Theres plenty of places,that I could go. They werent like that,last time. May they were having a bad day. Maybe it was my race. Not sure & dont really care. I just hope they changed my oil right&stuff.

This is the only place I will take any of my vehicles for repair. I have been coming to them for 20+ years. Anytime I need work done they are always fair and let me know what has to be done immediately and what can wait. Ive never felt like I was being taken advantage of, and that is big for a single woman taking a car in for service. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good mechanic and excellent service.

Had to drop a note to thank Mark and Chris for carrying on the tradition of former owner, Keith. Ive been to other shops that try to upsell on things not needed. I dont go back to those shops...and I have no problem pointing out to friends and family why. But here at Midas, I came in knowing exactly what I needed in regards to my brakes. I had them inspect the car and they confirmed what I knew. No upsell. I love honest businesses.

I have been to this establishment a few times now. I went to get brakes checked. They showed me the wear on the brakes, and were the only one of three mechanic shops that didnt tell me I had to get both front and back brakes replaced. They have competitive prices and excellent customer service. I will continue to go there for future car repairs.

Exceptional customer service.. I got my new brake pads and rotors turned. After leaving I noticed my car would shake when applying brakes. So I brought it back in and they couldnt smooth the rotors enough to eliminate the problem so they gave me new ones at no cost and through in an oil change on top of that..Kudos for Midas!!! Thank you!!

These guys are awesome. They have always been great to me and this is the only place that I will take my truck. They warranty all their work and are very willing to work with you on any repairs needed. Mark is very up front and I like that and helps in scheduling future repairs or maintenance. Youre the bomb!

This is the only place I take my car for regular maintenance. There are lots of choices in this area along Rufe Snow but pass them up and take your vehicle to Keith and his crew. You wont regret your decision. They are courteous and friendly, while doing great and thorough work in a short amount of time.

The owner/manager was really great. He worked with me and my husband on the price, and took time to let me find my warranty online. He also let me call my hubs long distance (my cell phone died) to discuss the needs and costs. I would highly recommend coming here.
