I was actually going to post that I had a bad experience, as PTL originally made some big mistakes, but then they totally did right by me in the end - and that, to me, is a sign of a good business. I wont go into all the details, but PTL essentially got in over their head on a spring replacement for a boat trailer. I contacted the owner of the facility sharing with him my frustration with the end results; instead of some sort of plea or inquisition, the owner just owned up to it and offered to pay for fixing it at a location that was more skilled to handle my special needs. On top of that, when I came back to get my tires put back on, he through in a "spare" tire to help me in the future. (because I was there with a roadside flat to begin with). I thought that this was very thoughtful, selfless, and showed a lot about how you put the customer first! Thanks to the team at PTL for making everything right in the end.

I went to PTL to get 2 new tires put on my 2003 Ford Focus. My wife had burned up the front 2. They found 2 and had them delivered within a couple of hours. NTB wasnt able to get them as fast. They were at the high end of the price range but I was ok with that since they got them so quickly. They did good work and were prompt with follow up. Very high marks for that. HOWEVER. They informed me that both front springs were broken,the struts were worn (they thought they were original) and that they could fix them for me.. I went online and found that Ford has an extended warranty for the springs and should replace them for free and the struts I had replaced about 4 years ago. It would have been nice if they would have known about the warranty and told me about it. I found it easy enough. Plus they were wrong about the struts. I have to be able to trust that someone who works on my car has my best interests in mind.

Setup an appt. today at 10 am. for an inspection, nothing more, should only take a few minutes. When I arrived at 9:30 they said they would get to it right away. At Noon I questioned why it hadnt been brought into a bay yet and they stated they were still working on vehicles from yesterday and all the bays were full. So why take a new appt. if you still havent finished the business from the day before? Finally finished the inspection at 2:30, 4 1/2 hours after my scheduled appt.....How would you feel?

I have been going to PTL for four years now. I have had outstanding service every time. I have recommended everyone I know to go to PTL. Even after moving over 20 miles away I will still drive extra in order to bring my car to PTL. I trust them whole 100% and wont dare go anywhere else! -Angie S
