I went into this location about 3 weeks ago. My experience at this location was terrible. I walked in and asked how long would it take for an oil change. Cody said that they could do it with no wait. Perfect right? I proceeded to tell him I had a card for a free oil change. I told him that a manager named Craig gave it to me. He then told me that Craig no longer worked at this location. Also, he stated that his current supervisor does not honor any free oil changes that Craig has given out. Then he told me I can go to the Fort Worth location and I could use my card there. Then the phone rang, so I waited on him to finish. His supervisor then came in and asked me had I been helped yet. I told him yes. The guy on the phone was tied up with the phone call. So then Mark decides to assist me. I told him what was going on. He also said that he would not honor the card. I then asked why. He told me because of certain policies he could not just honor a card given by a manager that no longer worked there. At first I thought he was going to honor the oil change card because he asked me when did I receive the card. I told him a couple of months ago. He looked in the computer and said there was no record of me bringing my car in at the time I stated. So then he went outside and got my licence plate number to verify who I was, I guess. So then again he said your car has not been serviced at this location since March 24, 2014. We went back and forth about my last visit. Then, he asked why I received the card in the first place. I told him I came in the last time for a free oil change (my fiance actually gave me the card because he was not going to use it). He then asked did I have a receipt. I told him no. I mean who keeps an oil change receipt anyway? (I had the voucher & sticker that had my mileage on it from when I went the last time for verification. It was all I had.) I told him Craig gave me another free oil change because I had a hard time getting my oil changed there in the past. He gave me the card for my previous inconveniences at this location. I guess he did not understand how I had received two free oil changes. He also stated that Craig did not work at that location at the time that I CLAIMED to receive the voucher. I then asked him what was the problem. I asked him where he thought I got the card from. He said, Maam I dont know how you got the card. I then felt insulted and I felt like he was calling me a liar to my face. I told him just that. He said Im not accusing you of anything. I just need to make sure that you got the card from Craig. By that time I was very aggravated. I WAS going to just pay the regular price and go to Craigs location for the next oil change. I didnt even care about the free oil change at that point. I asked him could they just go ahead and change my oil. He said, No. I asked, Why not? Your guy just told me that you could service my car. He said to honor the voucher he would have to call Craig first. He said if he called and Craig said he gave me the card he would do it. He said he would do the oil change on Monday..if this was all true. So I asked, Well can you call him? Mark: No I cant. Me: Why not? Mark: He is not in today. I then said I just dont understand why you are giving me a hard time about an oil change. Then he started talking about following policies. So I asked him how much was a high mileage oil change and I also asked him about doing a battery check. He answered my questions. I asked what location did Craig work at, he said FW. I asked what store number or street. He told me. I then left. Needless to say...I got my oil changed down the street at a quick lube and also purchased a battery. My total was $153. I did not NEED a free oil change. I felt that Mark was very rude to me. He insulted my character and basically called me a liar to my face. After my oil change at the quick lube, I called Craig at his new location. He picked up the phone. So Mark was being lazy and did not want to help me.... He did not even bother to call.

To be honest, I really cant in good faith recommend this shop. Ill try to be brief, but I had gotten an estimate over the phone to do x job for several hundred dollars. I brought the vehicle in and the job was done that day. I heard some strange noises, but it was reasonable that that could be due to the belt being too tight. After calling back, they said if the problem didnt go away, theyd take care of it. By the way, I found three different tools under the hood. Sooo, I broke down a few days later. The fan came off (fan removal/reinstallation was part of the original job), so I was dead in the water. I called in and they dispatched a tow. It went back to the shop and they reworked the job. I will say that the shop mgr was very willing to do whatever was necessary to make the job right (they even replaced some other parts just to be sure.) Aside from the hassle (I know, accidents happen), my issue was with the fact that the job total ended up being much more than what was quoted to me (about 13% more). Their sign says there are "No surprises..your final invoice will be at or below your original quoted price." Additionally, I had to rent a car for one day (I just did w/o a car for the other 1.5 days), so that added another $40. Like I said, the mgr was willing to make the job right, but the added parts really just put me in the same position that my car was in before I brought it in since it was just needing maintenance work. It has been a week now, and (knock on wood,) it appears to be doing well, so that is good. Im just left with the sour taste from the increased cost that wasnt bargained for on top of what wasnt the best experience anyway. I wont be returning here.

After arriving and seeing at the store, I was greeted by a very rude service manager, who couldnt seem to handle his job although they seemed relatively slow. The guy in charge couldnt even give me a rough estimate on when my vehicle could be done, he simply said "it could be hours." Shortly after calling my brother to arrange being picked up I walked over near the Taco Bell to be picked up, and witnessed my van being taken and parked in front of the bar and grill that shares the same parking lot. I assumed the mechanic was giving the car a once over, until I witnessed a female get out of a different car next to it and appeared to assist the mechanic with my car. She stood in with him, looking all over the car in and out while I watched with my brother. I returned to the manager on duty, to ask what it was about and he simply said that the mechanic was being thorough and just giving the car a look over. When I asked about the female who was in and around my car assisting he completely blew me off, and ignored my concern. When I drop my car off to be worked on, it isnt supposed to be in anyones hands other than the mechanic who I entrust it to.... It would not have even been such a big deal if the manager seemed genuinely concerned, and addressed the female who was in and around my vehicle. Ill be picking up my vehicle shortly, and will modify my review if anything is corrected, though I lack hope with the incompetent manager working right now.
