Brought my Ford F-250 Super Duty in for a broken serpentine belt after being quoted $125. I was told the vehicle would be ready in two days. However, after two days had passed I received a call informing me they would need to charge more as the belt tensioner needed to be replaced as well (i.e. no work had been done on my truck). Unfortunately, the new quoted price of $600+ was not something I could afford. I informed the employee I did not think this price was going to work and I would call back when I had more information. The next day, I placed a request with AAA and had them pick up my truck from this location. Upon examining my truck I noticed that not only was the engine light now on, but there was also a scratch extending across the right side of my cab. I confronted an employee about the engine light (This was prior to noticing the cosmetic damage). The employee insisted that the engine light had been on when my truck arrived and refused to acknowledge the situation further. I will be having my vehicle evaluated by a more a more reasonable technician and holding this location responsible for any parts that appear tampered with.

So I went in to get an allignment, my car had worn down a few tires because of it and I had a flat that I needed to replace too. When I went in there the guy told me that they needed to do an allignment check to make sure an allignment could be done. Two hours later they finally got to my car and told me that my tire rod was bent so even if they did do an allignment it wouldnt help anything. It was far too expensive so I just got the flat replaced. When I paid the couple hundred dollars in cash the guy comment in a rude manner about how I carried so much cash on me for a woman. Then the guy who was looking at my car came out and talked to me about the tire rod situation and said, "try not to hit so many curbs sweetheart." There were a couple of small thing said that also rubbed me the wrong way, but I feel like these were the most belittling. When I asked friends and went to other mechanics asking about the tire rod they had no idea what I was talking about or why it would affect an allignment. Another mechanic did my allignment with no problem but recommended I get my shocks replaced.

I walked in needing a buy four new tires and stood at the counter... for 20 minutes. Several of the employees glanced at me and went on to chatting, working as a slow pace, or just walking around. One customer was fast asleep in the waiting area and they had three garage bays empty. Looked like about 5 people on the clock. After 20 minutes of waiting and feeling completely ignored, I walked out. As I got to me car, one of the employees stood with his hands out as if you ask "what?!". If you dont want my business that bad, you will not get it.

Had my oil changed here on one occasion and my tire had a hole repaired on another occasion. I would recommend to make an appointment for an oil change or come in early when they open up as the wait times can increase to a couple hours as the day progressed. The oil change was reasonable at $40 dollars for 0W-20 which is a lot better than $90 at the place next door. With regards to the tire repair, the technician was nice and the price was reasonable. The repair took like 15 minutes. I give it 4 Stars as it gets busy as I mentioned before.

Helpful and quality service. A different shop that worked on my car claimed that the last shop that took my tires off, which would have been this Firestone, stripped a bolt. Firestone was going to fix it without a problem but when they went to take off the wheel they found out there wasnt even a stripped bolt. A straight forward honest shop like this one is much appreciated, especially when they are many less than honest shops out there.

Customer service was rude. Walked in while two workers were there at the desk. Furthermore, I was the only customer in the store. The two workers didnt look up to acknowledge me, the customer. I had to speak first to get their attention. Even when I got their attention their demeanor was dry and unfriendly. Wont be going back to this store branch ever again.

Hands down the best service I have seen. Brought my old truck in for an alignment, and the tech did the work perfectly. He had the know how to align a vehicle as old as mine and did not try to upsale me on parts. I will bring the rest of my vehicles to this location.

We have used this Firestone for over 8 years. Always professional, never sell you extra unneeded stuff. Its a busy place, so dont be in a hurry, but it is worth it. We have 3- cars that are serviced here regularly, and the prices are really good.

Poor customer service. Poor communications internally and with customers. Key employees absent so unable to perform service as required. Employees coming in late and leaving early for lunch, impacting customers.

These guys work at a snails pace absolutely no sense of urgency at all. Will never come here again. 3 hours to rotate tires when employees are walking around with a lost look on there face is BS

$600 to install charcoal canister. Apparently the part cost $500+ and labor is $88. Bought the part somewhere else for $200 and labor $65. Save that money by going somewhere else.

Staff very slow; waited in excess of an hour to get a state inspection when there were two customers ahead of me with four techs on hand. Limited seating if there is a crowd.
