The guys here are wonderful. Chris was so helpful. My brother had used their garage and recommended them to me, due to the fact that they were honest and not out to get your money. Unfortunately my car decided to die 2 days ago and I had to have it towed across town to them. Chris could tell I had already been through hell and tried to make the process as painless as possible. I told him I was a teacher and on a pretty fixed income. He told me he would look for every possible discount he could. My car was in pretty bad shape and needed 3 major parts replaced with 2 days of labor. I was fearing that I would not be able to pay the costs but they wheeled and dealed and got the cost down to where I could manage. I never felt uncomfortable. They would show me everything first and really explain things thoroughly. They even told me of the additional repairs I need to do down the line so I am not shocked. They told me how to get another couple of years out of my car instead of having to sell it and buy new. I will happily drive the 20 mins out of my way and past several other shops to come to them in the future for my car needs. Thanks again City Garage _Love the Donut Girl :)

I went to this location to get my front brake pads replaced on April 28. This past weekend(June 3) I was driving and my anti-lock brake light and traction system lights both came on and I could feel my brakes grinding ans they were hopping. So on Monday I took my car in and coincidently I needed a new wheel hub for the front tire that just had the brakes. Up until they touched the front brakes I never had a problem with the traction system or the anti lock brake system. Then this evening (Thursday) I was driving home from work and tried to stop at a light to my surprise that my front brakes were not working at all and I went through the light. Luckily, i didnt hit anyone or no one hit me. When finally i got my car to stop in a parking lot by using the parking brake, i got out of the car to find what i can imagine was brake fluid flooding out of my car my the front tire. Crazy, considering they just fixed my brakes. So needless to say my car is back at city garage for them to fix whatever they screwed up!!!!! And this will be the last time they touch my car and I will be making sure everyone knows npt to go there!!!!

*Full Disclosure* - I have known these guys through business means before becoming a customer, but this review is based on the car services I needed.* Recently my wifes car quit working in Colleyville and when asked by the tow driver where to take her car I didnt hesitate to tell him City Garage. While Colleyville is lucky to have many great car shops available (most of whom I know), I know that with Jerry and his team they provide their customers with quality repairs (that they stand by) and great service at fair prices. We did have a bit of a problem with some communication on this job. I couldnt get someone to answer the phone at one point and I didnt get a quick call back when calling about the estimate. This created a delay in the repairs by a day, but because Jerry is concerned about building great relationships with his customers he was eager to offer a deal to make up for it (which I appreciated). Overall, you cannot go wrong with this garage. They will always take care of you and you should never leave unsatisfied.

Jerry the Manager at the Colleyville City Garage really took really good care of me in a difficult situation. They replaced a leaking power steering hose for me in November. After a few weeks, power steering fluid started leaking somewhere in the engine. I poured in a can of "Stop Leak" but that did not solve the problem. After 3 months, I brought the car back to find out what was wrong. Jerry cleaned off every hose, connection and clamp. Finally he discovered a loose return hose, not involved in the original repair. Amazingly, he fixed the problem with a loose clamp at no charge. These guys are awesome. They stand behind their work 100%. I take all my cars to them because I know they will tell me the truth and only fix what is needed to solve the problem. On July 24 2017 I had the team at City Garage replace my front brakes. I had a visiting friend in town from Houston who had her A/C belt break and also needed a fan clutch replaced. Jon and the rest at City Garage took care of things very quickly and inexpensively. They even recommended that we purchase parts at OReilly Auto Parts (after having informed them of OReillys prices) because it would save my friend whos on a shoe-string budget money--even though it meant less profit for them. They were total professionals who Ive personally used in the past, and they didnt disappoint me when I recommended that my out-of-town friend go there as well. Notwithstanding the Sep 2008 review, I believe this garage to be honest and straight-forward. Ive gone to more mainstream places for estimates (I wont mention them by name for legal reasons), and the other places were CLEARLY trying to rob me. Give this garage a chance and I hope they treat you as well as they have treated me and my friend.

After another pity-full service experience at the Grapevine Dodge dealership, where they told me to bring my car without needing an appointment and then kept my minivan for 24 hours before anybody call to give me an update on the car condition, and finally send me back home with a check the engine light still on! Well I decided it was time to get serious and took my car to City Garage and WHOA what a difference ! Not only were they able to take my minivan the very next day, they kept me updated on their progress regularly thru text messages, send me a detailed estimate on the repair thru email and finally were able to take care of a number of issues that the dealer had neglected to address. All of it in less than 12 hours ! Thank you City Garage Team of Colleyville, I am a very happy costumer and definitively will recommend your services to anybody!

Easy 5 Stars!! I was recommended from someone at work, so looked at the reviews. They were all 4-5 stars with lots of compliments about their experiences, so I felt great going into the Colleyville location. Everything I read was true! The customer service was outstanding! Josh, the service writer stayed in touch as the work was getting done, in case I had any questions, etc. The work was done right on time. They give a 24 month 24,000 mile warranty with their work. The price was very fair and I felt great when I left. They went above and beyond what I expected. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

First, my name is Misty Midkiff and I am a woman! As a woman, it is extremely easy to get screwed over, or taken advantage of by mechanics. Rather than driving closer to my house to receive repairs, I go the extra miles for City Garages reliability. At City Garage, I know I am receiving honesty as well as integrity from all employees. I appreciate how knowledgeable and willing they are to explain the issues with my car, possible causes, and how they will fix it. Eric Moore specifically is an outstanding guy and I cant thank him enough for his help, but all mechanics at City Garage are pretty fantastic!
