Sterling Auto has taken care of my family for 3 generations. Even when I lived in Denton county, I would bring my car all the way to Arlington so Don and his amazing crew could fix my car for me. They always called me to let me know everything wrong before beginning work, only ever fixed what I said I could afford, and never added any charges. Often, my repair was less expensive than the estimate. Better yet, they always topped all my fluids and vacuumed my car, even when I just brought it in for an oil change. I have a new Nissan, and my dealership wont even do that for me! As a young, single female I trust Don and Sterling Auto implicitly to be honest and fair with me. I often recommend his shop to my friends who still live in DFW. I now live in NY, and goodness knows I wish I could move Sterling up here with me!

The folks at Sterling Auto are very nice, friendly, Christian, and knowledgable. Ive been taking my cars to them for over a decade. The car was always fixed right the first time, every time. Don ( the Owner), is almost always there to talk to you, and the other mechanics are nice also. Don has even given me rides to and from my house (I live a few blocks away), when I needed them. I have been sending my mother there for years. She tells me that they are always honest either her. Some AutoShops will try to take advantage of an older woman. I highly recommend Sterling Auto to anyone. They have also been "Cheered" in the "Cheers & Jeers" section of the Star Telegram. Sterling is a honest, competent, and the prices are not to high.

I went to Sterling Auto to get a long overdue brake job. Not only did they fix my brakes at a reasonable price, they also fixed a side mirror that had been knocked off by an errant basketball. I did not ask them to fix the mirror, they just noticed my duct tape repair job and fixed it. The work was done quickly. They were friendly. I would recommend Sterling Auto to anyone who needs honest work done at an honest price.

The man who took care of my inspection was very nice. It was $25.50. Its a little difficult to find, but its a comfortable shop. Like youre at your grandpas shop or something. I got in and out on a Tuesday around 10am. He recommended a good body shop place and said they were good people. I had a good experience there, too.

Been taking my cars there for years and they always explain what the problem is and I trust them to do a great job. They have also been honest enough to tell me when something didnt need to be fixed, or if they were not able to work on a certain type of car.

I wish I would have done my research before I dropped my car off. Customer service is horrible. They are bad at fixing cars. They LOST my keys! and for all of the BS you have to go through they still charge an arm and a leg. DO NOT GO TO STERLING AUTO!

I find it funny that they had no reviews then in 5 days they get 6 reviews all 100% feedback. They have horrid custumer service and could do nothing for my car that i got fixed somewhere else for 30 bucks. I would not recommend to anyone.

Ive felt swindled at other auto shops, but here I get service I trust and the price is reasonable. When my friends need help I send them to Sterling Auto as well and they were blessed by the staff who went above and beyond to take care.
