My mom took my grandmothers GMC Safari van here to get the breaks replaced & a tune-up on 03/17/17. She said the older white gentleman at the counter seemed helpful, after a 2hrs had passed she started wondering about the mechanic on duty because he seemed to be struggling (she arrived at 10am left at 3:45pm . My grandmother said she went to get her inspection sticker & was told by 3 different inspection shops that the van needs a tune-up. She said she told them my mom had just had one done on it a couple of week ago & they all told her, "the guy lied to her, a tune up was never done!" My moms upset & already have a difficult time trusting people, I just want to know why she was charged $598 & some change if they werent going to fix what they said they were

This place is 100% the best place to go for car maintenance in Pantego. And I know there are a lot to choose from, but I can confidently say this is the best place to go for car repair and maintenance in Pantego. Every person who works here is so nice, polite, and eager to help, however they can. They make the suggestions so you know what needs to happen for your car, but they also wont pressure you if you cant take care of it right then. The waiting area is top notch, with comfortable seating, a TV, lots of magazines, and it doesnt have the weird rubber smell you get at a lot of auto shops. Pricing is perfect. If you cant afford to pay an arm and a leg for your car, go here, and theyll take care of you at a price you can afford. Theyre the best.

I had an appointment at 730 am this morning and I arrived a few minutes before. While waiting a guy informes me that he had a terrible experience here and that he is only back because they forgot to pur something back om his truck. No one arrived until 740 which pissed me off because I set an appointment for a reaaon. When she arrived she didnt speak and walked right pass the group of people waiting. On her way back out the door to retrieve something from her car she then said she will be right with us. She doesnt have a customer service bone in her body and completely rude when she did help people. I bought a groupon and this is my first and last time coming to this location.

I purchased a groupon for $50 for a oil change package. The man that helped me recommended me to get a refund on the groupon since what I needed would only be around a $35 value. I was treated with great customer service and was given advice on what to do with my vehicle on the long run. Definitely will be coming here from now on when I need a simple oil change or check up on my car. I would give 10 stars if possible!

This place is awesome!!!!Good customer service, they tell you whats wrong now and what can wait for a later time. The manager is Very honest and the lobby is beautiful big screen tv, coffe and water what else could you ask for.

Ron is a great manager! He and his crew provide good customer service and they go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. They also have a very clean lobby and bathroom, with good coffee!

They recommended about $1000 worth of unnecessary repairs and put my oil filter on so tight, the filter bent trying to get it off. They probably didnt lube the seal before putting it on either.
