I took my car to be looked at as my engine was noisy in the morning. They told me I needed 2 engine mounts and gave me a crazy quote and also told me I needed 2 new tires plus lots of other stuff that I didnt ask them to look at. They tried to get me to agree to having the work done there and then but I said I need to go home and ask my wife and think about it. He then charged me a $25 diagnostic fee which I wasnt told about when I went into the store. As a result of them charging me $25 just to look at my car, I then went to a different garage who told me I only needed 1 engine mount and it was about $300 cheaper. Dont take your care here as they will take advantage of you. There is a banner from Mr. Firestone on the wall when you go into the store that honesty is the best policy in business. I saw none of this. They just want your money and will lie to you about what is wrong with your car just to get as much out of you as they can.

I was told that my drivers side tire was "very dangerous to drive on" because of the belt separation from the tire and the tread being very low. They didnt want to rotate from the front to the back because they said that it wasnt safe. Relunctently they did rotate the tires. Its my wifes car that drives our kids around, so naturally I was very worried. They didnt have the tire I wanted so I had to leave feeling paranoid about the tire giving out at any moment. My wife took the car to Costco the next day to get new tires. Not only did they say that there wasnt belt damage, but the tread was fine to drive on for quite a bit longer. Both businesses are into making money. Which one do you think I trust more now and in the future.

This is a rip off place and should be avoided at costs. I took a vehicle in, a/c not working. They say its a bad hose and replace it. Works a few days and out again. 2nd visit, its another hose, they claim. Replace it,works a few days, out again. Next diagnoses is compressor,fixed that, few days later, out again. Last visit,they say now the condensor is bad. Over $2k in repairs and then try to tell you that the a/c system systematically failed in order of the repairs. I THINK NOT! Reported them for consumer fraud. Please avoid this place at all costs, THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND WILL INTENTIONALLY DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE SO YOU WILL BRING IT IN FOR HIGH PRICED REPAIRS. FireStone should shut this place down immediately!!!!!

My wife went in for a simple oil change, and they gouged her for over $100 of unnecessary stuff. $35 for a cheap air filter that will need be thrown out after 10,000 miles? Why not just go get a better K&N filter and save money while boosting your cars performance. And $26 to replace two light bulbs near the license plate? Just run to Murrays and pick em up for a couple bucks and put them in yourself. And not to mention the $560 in "recommended" services. Now, if you have tons of money you need to waste, I guess its no big deal and this may be your kind of place. But for anyone that wants some quality maintenance from an honest, respectable crew, stay away from here.

Saved our bacon! These guys are great. Yes, a little overpriced, but you get great service and fixed the first time. We recently had an weird problem where a spark plug backed its way out on the back side of our SUV and then the A/C compressor failure that literally broke down in their parking lot. The not only found the part on a Sunday, but had the car ready by end of the day. I highly recommend them for auto repairs and I know how hard finding a good, reputable place is. Their new management has definitely turned the place around and I will go back when I need additional repairs.

When I left work at 5PM I noticed a noise coming from my front driver side tire. I wasnt sure if I could get it taken care of, but luckily they are open until 7PM on Friday. I was immediately able to talk to someone. The employees were all very nice, and offered me coffee or bottled water while I waited. They found a screw in my tire and patched it up for free in 30 minutes. It was also free of charge! Great service, I am considering using this place instead of my dealership for tire service in the future.

I had my alignment done there because i had gotten bigger tires, and i wanted the best possible treadwear, and when you upgrade, it changes the alignment on your car. After getting it done there my truck began to drift to the right, so i went back to have them fix it, but then on the way home i noticed that now my steering wheel is not center. I would not recommend this place for alignment. On the plus side they had great customer service despite their poor quality of work.

I came in on a Sunday morning, panicked and out of time, and Cory and Mike helped me out immediately. They were patient and accommodating, and were even willing to teach me a little about how the fuel injection system worked. It wasnt only me - I spent about 7 hours there, and every customer left happy and calm. Thats a pretty rare thing to see at an auto shop.

This place is awesome! I dealt with Bilan, who recommended a slightly different ratio for my tundra truck. I could immediately feel a difference in the way my truck drove down the road. To top it off they were $300 less than everybody else for the same tires. The service was outstanding. This is my go to place for tires from now on.

Tried to sell me tires the whole time i was there, then told me I needed to flush my brakes so i decided to wait for my oil change at the dealer...took my vehicle to the dealer a week later for the oil change and had them check the brake fluid and was told it was fine...I guess they are in the business of making money not customers.

Jommel was incredible! The day I went in, they were a tech or two short. He jumped on immediately and started working on my car, (He is the assistant manager, yet he had no hesitation filling in for his guys) My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner, the work was meticulously done too. Excellent Honest service, I have been going to them for many years now. I have taken four of my cars there, and have taken used cars that I was thinking about purchasing for them to look over. Great managers, friendly approachable mechanics. Nice sitting area with free waters, and free Wifi.
