I went to simply get an oil change for both of my cars. They checked me in and got the first car in the bay quickly. I know what each car needs oil wise and I usually have to tell the person checking me in, here they seemed to know what oil to use. Waiting area was clean. What I did not expect was the comprehensive check they did on the cars. Some of their observations I can not or have not verified yet, but those I could were accurate. I realize Midas does more than oil changes and so of course they hope their check may generate some extra business. However, they were not pushy. And if having some minor service done, it is great to get a quick check of other items. I would rather know now then on the freeway. Most importantly, they filled both cars exactly right. I have had two engine seals blown over the years at the "quick" oil change places. I always check them now. Finally, it says a lot that they called and left a message the next day just to insure my experience was great. Is Midas the cheapest, no. Are they the fastest place to get your oil changed, no because they spend more time on your car. But if you want your oil change done right and get more for your money, I recommend this Midas shop. If I end up getting a repair done there, I will update my review.

I am not the most savvy person when it comes to car repairs and such. That been said, it is very difficult for me to go to a car shop and trust in what people tell me. I "googled" oil changes around my area and this Midas popped up with some good reviews and I decided to give it a shot. This has been the best choice I have done since I got my car. The previous two mechanics that worked on my car didnt really do what they were supposed to and on top of that, charged TOP $. At Midas, I was able to get my Oil Change and on top of that, the staff was able to identify a major problem on my front breaks. The last Mechanic installed my Break Calipers all twisted which could result on major problems in the future. They changed it for me without no charge, refilled my windshield fluid and rotated my tires... all that for only $39.00. HANDS DOWN, best automotive service in town. Great Staff; Great Service; Clean waiting area with water or coffee; I am a Midas client from now on.

I found this shop back in 2010 based on the reviews here at Google and have been grateful ever since. The employees at this location have always been courteous, informed, and helpful. They have been able to identify the cause to problems with both my vehicles even when the manufacturer shops could not. They have often provided alternative solutions to problems with my vehicles that have saved me both time and money. If I had not just recently moved to CA I would still be going to them. If this says anything, I had my car turned in for a check engine light which turned out to be a non-critical problem. I told them I would be traveling to south California and asked if my car would be alright to make it there. Instead of trying to talk me into getting it fixed and them banking a hundred or so bucks they said it would be fine, which it did end up being fine. Excellent place and I wouldnt look any where else.

The main attendant, the gentleman with the red beard, is super nice. Not only that, he and the other mechanics are unfailingly honest- the first time I brought my wifes vehicle in I was worried because of the squeaking sound the brakes made. Fortunately I was informed that it was simply because the set of pads installed were cheap, and the sound was nothing to worry about; that she had 70% remaining life on the pads. He only recommended an adjustment for the rear drums, which I of course accepted. It was such a breath of fresh air to deal with people that arent concerned with selling you extra parts and service that you dont need- like sears auto department for example. I would recommend the midas on pioneer to absolutely anyone, including my own grandmother. Cannot say enough good things about them!

An absolutely amazing shop. Very honest and trusting management. As a college student with no family around to help out with car troubles, it is very frustrating having to deal with broken cars and dealerships trying to rip you off. My 2012 Chevy volts 12 V battery died unexpectedly and when I brought it in, they did all the tests plus one extra and explained to me that my battery was good according to all the tests and that I didnt need to replace it yet. They talked with me on how to prevent the battery from running down again and they didnt charge me for anything since nothing was wrong. After a terrible morning of car trouble, it is heart warming to see honest people with good morals in the car business. Definitely would recommend and will be coming again.

So this was my first time ever going to a midas location. I came in for a oil change. First i was given the address of east pioneer instead of west pioneer so that had me waste time. Evey customer infront of me was shown their filter after service except for me so i dont know if mine was changed or not. I checked my air in the tires and they are still the same. I have always had my air set after a oil change. I was told it was. Then my car specifically says put 5w30 oil in and they put 5w20. I felt like i was kind of mistreated in a way i felt a lot of ways but i will never go to this location again. Not to mention i have a long trip i have to take and dont need my car messing up on me.

Took almost 2 hours for an oil change that was supposed to take about 30 minutes and was almost late for work. They put conventional instead of synthetic like my car takes and said that it was human error because their system says to ask customer/check owners manual and they did neither. Manager said she would replace my air filter and give me a free oil change for my troubles but never replaced the air filter but did give me a free oil change. They try to upsell on wipers and air filters and not the stuff your car actually needs, will not be returning.

I came to this one because of the other reviews Ive read about good work and customer service. The guy at the front was very nice and honestly the prices are very reasonable. I only came to change out my oil and filter but now Im also changing out my tires because the cost and labor is almost 70 bucks cheaper. I could have easily went to a different place 2 minutes away from my house but coming over to this place was a non regrettable choice. Definitely coming back here for my next oil change or any other issues I may have in the future.

My husband took my car in to get an oil change while I was at a job. Came back with new wiper blades per the mechanics suggestion because mine were "wearing out". I had gotten very nice wiper blades 2 months before ($20/each) that were in superb condition, and they got replaced with $10 blades that have been horrible. The mechanic also stripped one of my wheels lugnuts, so I had to get a new set. but hey - super nice people. Higher rating if they refunded and replaced how they essentially downgraded parts for my car...
