Sounds like a great place for an oil change from the other reviews; however, DO NOT come here for other bigger problems. Overall Review: People: 4/5 Very nice people, first time around I did get a ride home. Location: 3/5 (Close to the freeway, centralized) Diagnostics: 1/5 Repairs: 2/5 Comfort: 4.5/5 (free drink, snacks, WiFi, and T.V.) Individual Considerations & Guarantee: 1/5 (Felt like I could easily be replaced, "sorry to see you go") TL/DR; They didnt fix it the first time, and wanted to charge me again for actually fixing the problem. Then I told them I was going elsewhere and they said, "We are sorry to see you go" I had a power steering fluid leak. I took the car in for diagnostics, they gave me a ride home, top notch. They found a leaky hose. And I told them repair it. Whole repair costed $710, not bad if the repair had been final. The car continued to leak power steering fluid. I took it in and told them that it was still leaking, I found the leak myself. They didnt tighten a nut properly, no big deal, just tighten it up and we will be square. I thought I would be sorted now, but no, still leaking. So I go in and tell them I still have a leak, and that it fairly consistent I checked everyday to make sure. They check for a leak and say that the system is too full and that it is probably leaking from the fill point. They pull out the extra, and tell me to keep looking. I park it for 5 hours, and it is still leaking. I take it back in, they say that it could be left over residue, from the original fix. They clean the engine block. No spots on the ground for 2 days I may be in the clear. There is still a leak, so I take it in again. They say that they need to run another diagnostic. I bring the car in for an overnight, and the told me they would give me a ride home. Nice! I get there, and there is no ride home as promised. So I was walking. I would have brought my bike.They call me the next day and say that the pump is shot and it needs replacing, another quote for over $700. They are going to charge me for the diagnostic and 100% of the labor for putting in the new part. They have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I am not satisfied, and I told them I would be going elsewhere for a fix. They told me, "well be sorry to lose you as a customer." I think they could have given me a consideration, for example "we will cut the cost of the second diagnostic", and/or "we will give you a discount on the labor because we know that we didnt find the problem the first time around and we know that car repairs are pricey". Overall it was the little things adding up, plus it has been about 2 months since this started and I am ready to let someone else have my money. If they had handled this better, I would be coming back. Sorry to see me go too.

Just had my oil changed. I was greeted by Leatrice, who was very warm and welcoming. The lobby/waiting area is over the top! It contains comfortable leather chairs and sofa, Keurig coffee, large high definition tv with all the channels, many other high-end tables and chairs, theres even a kid play area! I felt like I was at a spa and not at a auto care facility! My vehicle was completed quickly and Skip wrapped me up with compliments on my vehicle instead of trying to sell me other products and services. I was in and out in a short period of time, but honestly, with the genuine care of the people working here and the amenities, I really did not want to leave. I will definitely be coming back for all my auto services. I cant wait!

Wanda and Phoenix were extremely friendly and helpful. The oil change that I went in for was done quickly and the workers were thorough with my vehicle maintenance needs. They have free snacks available (good snacks, too) and if I hadnt already had breakfast, I might have eaten all their Doritos. They have a kid area to keep your kids happy while waiting and they have a grown-up kid area with a TV (and they even let you have the remote so you can watch whatever channel youd like). The time just flew while I was in there because my mind was distracted by all of the amenities offered.

They dont even deserve 1 star. Jon or John (how ever he spells it) is possibly the most condescending man I have ever spoken to. He is not helpful and does not respond well under stress. If you want service with snarky comments and attitude, feel free to go here. They seem nice at first but when you call back, 2 weeks later, and you car isnt working any more, he will jump to it being your fault. He will not work with you. Even if it is presenting the same issues it was when you brought the car in the first place. Poor customer service. Poor car care.

I went to the local Ford dealership to get an oil change and computer read out because of a "Check Engine" light. They said they needed the Truck 3-4 days to get that done, presumably so they could watch it sit there for 36 hours and then eventually get to it. Turned around and took a chance at Honest-1, and scored big time. They needed the car 45 minutes, and then a little longer because they found a cracked oil drain cap. Very inexpensive, and a great decision on my part! Will be going back.

I took my care in to them during December and I wasnt disappointed. They offered a very reasonable price for a wheel alignment and front brake pad replacement. Other mechanics I went to were trying to upsell me on things I didnt need. Honest 1 Auto only told me what I absolutely needed and did the actual repairs in a very timely fashion. I would recommend them to everyone!

Very knowledgeable, honest people who dont try to nickle and dime you or pressure you into services you dont need. They saved me $1000 in a car part replacement by finding another way to fix the problem. They didnt even charge labor for some things since the procedures were so quick. This will definitely be my go to place for auto care from now on.

John and his crew are the best! They are so helpful and knowledgeable and you can be assured your car will get the highest level of service. The waiting room is arranged so that you can still work on business while your car is getting serviced. Honest-1 is my first choice for auto care!

Both beth and bill was awesome . appointment was easy. good honest fix . will not try to pressure me to fix extra things. i was a firestone customer for 6 years now this is my go to place. just wish they have one like this in FW . Hurst was a little far but DEFINITELY worth the drive .
