After having a few not-so-pleasant experiences with some mechanics and shops in town, I decided to look online and to see what else was in the area. Advanced Repair is family owned by Jamie and Jenny, and from my experience, theyre honest, informative, and have very, very competitive rates. Ive been going here for the better part of a year for pretty much anything Ive needed for my vehicles, and thankfully, I dont leave this place with that sour taste in the mouth that you get when you think youve been conned into fixing something for your vehicle. If youre looking for a shop for your vehicle and need an honest view on what does and doesnt have to be worked on, give these guys a try and youll see what all the raving reviews are about. I plan on keeping my business here as long as I live in the St. Cloud area.

This shop is excellent. I had electrical issues with my towing harness and the warranty had just expired but the dealership would not help me out and wanted to charge me almost $500 and a $80 fee to determine the problem even though I told them exactly what the problem was. Advanced repair did a quick check to see if I was right about the problem and then quoted me a half hour work and the cost of the harness for a total of about $170 and I paid just under that in the end. Not only did they do the work for a lot less they were very friendly, talked to me on a personal level and fit me in because I was in a time crunch and couldnt just drop it off for the day.

Advanced Repair Inc. is the best auto service company I have experienced in the last 30 years. They understand that taking care of their customer is as important as taking care of the customers car. They are friendly and eager to work with you to find the right combination of repairs needed immediately, services needed in the near future and customer budget. The shop is immaculate and the quality of repair is consistently excellent. I have recommended Advanced Repair to several friends who now use their services exclusively. Finding a good auto mechanic is a vitally important for ones peace of mind, and Advanced Repair has always come through.

I live in Winona, MN and Im a auto technician here myself. My sister goes to school in St. Cloud and she needed new tires but couldnt make it down here due to the condition of the tires. I called and talked to the wonderful lady there and she gave me a quote on some tires. Made an appointment for March 8th and they did a wonderful job putting on tires. My sister said when she went there they were friendly and seemed trust worthy. I wanna thank this place for being so kind to her and thanks for being honest! Highly recommend it for college students.

Several years ago I found Jamey & Jennys shop by accident. I was having trouble with the other shop that was fixing my car at the time & ultimately had my car towed to Advanced Repair from the other shop. Most mechanics just say you need this or that. Jamey brought me out to the garage, showed me what was wrong & took the time to explain to me what the problem was. He talked to me like a person & not just someone sitting in a waiting room. That right there REALLY ment something to me. Honest, friendly & knowledgeable.

A good local Minnesota shop with the nicest people. They were able to schedule an appointment same day and on a Friday at that. They showed me exactly what was wrong and were upfront that having the work done at their friends shop would save money since he does welding. Been here twice and both times Jenny was very helpful on the phone and got me in right away. Her and Jamey run a good, honest business with fair prices and no catches. While there, Jenny even checks up on how your car is doing and how long itll be along with asking you what you want to do with your vehicle, which is nice. I would highly recommend them!
