I have been a customer of Lonestar Elite for a number of years. I was referred to this business through the mens pastor at our church because the owner was someone of great character. Today when I went in for a leaking hose I decided to get my oil changed as well, when I went to pay - the owner said Hey, if you write a review on Google - Ill give you $5 off your services I thought - what a GENIUS idea! $5 was enough to motivate me to publicly say what I have privately thought about this business for such a long time... Great people, great service, great price... If you live in the Keller area - theres no reason you should go to anyone else for automotive repairs/servicing... I also heard that they may be implementing a Ladies Day once per month on Saturdays - (obviously dont know the details yet) but, I will say that I love the idea of making the automotive repair experience more enjoyable for the moms out there who need to get things fixed by someone they can trust... Well done Billy Swinford, well done!

Im a perfectionist, so often its hard for others to meet my expectations. Billy & his staff not only met my expectations, they exceeded them. Here’s an example: any time you get an oil change, they put a sticker telling you when the next one is due. In the past, mine have always said in 3000 miles (this increases their business). My owners manual & the Honda website say 5000 miles for my driving conditions. Billy put on a sticker that says 5000 miles. So this is my first 100% honest oil change in 50 years. Billy was also honest in other ways including shopping around for the best prices for parts and also giving me EXCELLENT prices on labor. And to top it all off, they provided fast & efficient service. What a good feeling I now have knowing I have a reliable mechanic to pamper my old Honda that has 200,000 miles on it.

Billy has been my mechanic for a little over 3 years now. I have gotten quotes from other shops occasionally for different repairs and Billy is always at or below other shops prices. He has correctly advised me to not make a couple of repairs that some of the larger chain repair shops have recommended and my civic is still going strong. over the last 3 years I have driven about 110,000 miles and Billy has been with me for each repair along the way. I also really appreciate his willingness to discuss potential issues on the phone without requiring me to bring the car in. Ive sent a number of my friends his way and theyre always very happy with the results. no one likes to pay for car repairs - but when I have to, I am confident that when I pay Billy the job is done right and the job is necessary.

TL;DR Honest, humble guys, very reasonable price I have tried a few places around Keller and this shop has that trusted mechanic feel. Tyson and Billy (the owners) both took time to talk to me about what was going on with my AC and were upfront and honest about everything. Very reasonable price. I had initially thought that I would have to leave my car overnight but they fit me in and took care of my issue as I waited ~30-45 minutes. The lady at the front desk was incredible to talk to, very sweet and kind. Another customer in the waiting area also swore by this place. Highly recommend.

Lonestar Elite Automotive is amazing and hands down the best care my vehicles have ever received! I trust their work and their word on everything theyve done for me. I had an older car running over 100,000 miles and every repair was done in a timely manner and much more affordable than repairs Id had done in the past! Theyre incredibly convenient to work with, having a dropbox for keys before and after hours and most of all they get back to you quickly on quotes and any vehicles concerns. I recommend them to everyone I know!

Best mechanic shop there is period! Billy and his entire team are true professionals. This is the one and only place I take all my vehicles for any service. I recommend Lonestar Elite to anyone and everyone. I have brought in 4 different vehicles of my own since he opened for multiple repairs. They have very fair prices with upfront quoting, the prices are so fair that I find myself taking stuff in for repairs/maintenance I would typically do myself. You will not find a better shop anywhere else.

Billy and the team are everything youd want out of a mechanic; honest, transparent and experts at what they do. Ive had them work on multiple vehicles, one which needed the entire transmission rebuilt. Not only did they do the job for less than half of what the dealership charged, but they had it done in a week. Plus, if you dont need something fixed, theyll flat out tell you. Ill definitely be going back, even if its just to stop by and say hi to the guys.

They immediately figured out what was wrong when other shops just told me codes and sent me on my way thinking the customers gonna know what that code means.
