These people were so wonderful to me and my family. I went to them several months ago for a couple new tires, I had a young infant and a 4 yr old. The wait was supposed to be a while, but they really put a rush on it, and did it right, and helped ease my stay by talking to my kids. Plus, I was out of there quickly. Their prices were fair, but it was their service and customer care that makes me go back. Now Im in need of new rims and I wont go anywhere else.

Awesome Awesome Awesome customer service! I had a flat on my way to school to take finals. I didnt want to spend money on a tow truck so after I got out of school I stopped by the Tire Store to see if maybe they could lend me a donut. They didnt have any so Steve at the counter lent me his out of the back of his own car! I was blown away by this! Got it put on and sure enough I was ready to do business with the Tire Store! Awesome job guys!

I used to love this tire place. Its sad that theyve grown so big, they forgot about 1-on-1 attention for the customer. I was willing to buy a full set of tires with a budget of $550- $700. I went inside to get a idea of the Tire Stores basic price for a 17" set of tires. When I went they werent busy, so I dont understand why the clerk made me feel rushed. The other times Ive been in Wes has always helped me and made me feel welcome.

I got their number under clutch repair in Wichita KS and called them. The voice recording even says full service repair shop so I talked to a guy and they dont do transmissions or clutches... Um a little false advertising if you ask me... Come on guys get your crap together

Got tires put on faster then Ive seen any other places. My friend got his custom wheels through them and did a great job too with his extremely low profile tires & they did his lift kit really nicely. Its definitely family owned & does great work.

I will never go back. ruined 2 lug nuts because they used the wrong socket, had tires balanced, threw off a weight in 50 miles. Dented my front pan by jacking in the wrong place. Not the same place since Noony retired.
