My friend recommended Expert Auto because they were always great repairing his BMW and had excellent service everytime. Unfortunately there is a separate mechanic that works on Cadillacs. I have no idea the quality of his work because for the two months my truck was at their shop he never took any time to even take a look at it. Everytime I called I was given a poor excuse as to why he hasnt looked at it yet (such as because the weather being horrible... when it was 60+ degrees for the past month except the day before when it snowed). He then would inform me he was going to look at it right then.... and when I called after a week of waiting again, he still hadnt gotten to it. After two months I had my truck towed somewhere else and I will never take another vehicle there again unless its my BMW.

Just took a 2003 Volvo to Expert Auto. .. the vehicle was gifted to us from family to offer our 16 yr old daughter... the only caveat, being that the brakes needed to be replaced as well as the master cylinder. EA, however informed me that I needed none of the above (for the time being at least) , saving me Im sure over $1000... Not really accustomed to my auto mechanic talking me into less repairs,.. I m definitely happy to have EA in the neighborhood.

If I could give these guys more than five stars, I would. When people talk about customer service, Expert Auto could write the book. Ive been in a few times now and am going in again today. Sort of like the dentist -- if you get a good one you no longer dread the visit -- I can take my car in and know with complete confidence that Ill get the best service at the best price possible...I wouldnt believe it if I hadnt experienced it every time!

Ive always taken my vehicle to the dealership for service but from now on I will be bringing it to these folks. A few months ago I had a tire that had a small leak. They fixed it for free as long as I promised to bring it back for my next oil change. I did that today. The people working here are exceptionally friendly. I was services quickly and very affordable. I cant give a high enough recommendation to the folks here!

Fast, friendly, honest service. They were able to work me into a busy schedule as a walk in. Everyone treated me like we were long time friends and most importantly I didnt feel like they were trying to rip me off or up-sale me anything. Owner gave me a ride back to work while they serviced my vehicle. They have gained a loyal customer.

Went to have a tire repaired because I saw a nail in one tire. They were totally honest and said the nail was so small it didnt cause any damage, and didnt charge me. Its nice to see an honest business.
