Excellent. What else can I use to discribe my experience. I am a longtime Ford enthusiast. The last vehicle I owned was serviced and/or repaired by this dealership. Regarding my previous Ford, a 2005 Mustang GT, their service was unmatched. While I knew the service and scope of the repair, their technicians promptly serviced my vehicle (rear pinion seal failure). While the vehicle was out of warranty, their service department took care of the issue. As for the sales experience, it has been nothing short of spectacular. I am a Mustang enthusiast, and vary rarely do I look at trucks. That being said, I contacted the dealer as to what I was looking for and they explained to me what my options were at that point in time. Let me make it clear, as far as their inventory. There is an extensive list of F-150s, and above as well as Sedans and Coupes to fit your needs and wants. You are sure to find that (extremely) happy medium at this dealership. I knew exactly what I wanted, and the dealership was more than happy to help. My salesman was more than willing to go the extra mile as far as my concerns, and their was no pressure to buy the vehicle. Any and all extra information on the vehicle was made available at my request. Once I decided (after a lengthy test drive at my request), the decision was made. The financial aspect of the sale was extraordinary as well. And within the hour (actually, within 30 minutes, but I like to talk), I had the keys to my vehicle and developed a synergetic experience which will last. Forget the high pressure dealerships on the highway. At this dealership, a handshake still stands true. Do yourself a favor, go see them. You wont be disappointed. From my experience, their was a certain amount of emotion of letting go of my trade in (10 years, Mustang GT). They understood that, and more impotantly respected that. Service: 10/10 Even complemented me of my choice of performance parts. Sales: 10/10 Kept me updated on current and incoming stock, and what may be the best fit for me (both current and used). Financial: Frank, open discussion. Was more than happy to shake hands. Went the extra mile. I will be doing business with them as long as Ford keeps making vehicles.

I took my vehicle in to get serviced for the first time the other day with Stanley Ford in McGregor and had a wonderful experience! Not only did the service department take good care of me, but so did the salesman. While I waited on my Fusion to be serviced, I decided to take a look at the new Ford F150s. My husband had been thinking about upgrading for a while now, and with his birthday just around the corner, I thought this would be a wonderful suprise. They gave me an awesome deal, and not once did I feel pressured into buying or feel like I was being taken advantage of because I am a woman. They went over all of the books with me and how everything worked inside the truck...even got me a really good interest rate too! When everything was said and done, I received a thank you card and a free membership to their Ford Advantage Plan, so now I am eligible for loads of discounts and I get every third oil change free!!! It doesnt get any better than this. I never take the time to fill out a review, but I was more than happy to share the BEST car buying experience I ever had!

I have been to Stanley multiple times to buy vehicles, and every time they have been nothing but amazing. I have worked with Brad Young every time and have always had a great buying experience and have been able to call on him to take care of any issue I was having even after the purchasing part was over. The sales manager Leo is always available to talk to customers and makes you feel like you are the most important customer they have when he sees you. Working with their finance guy is a breeze too. Ernesto is not pushy at all on the warranties and works to make sure that you get the absolute best interest rate they can find. I could not recommend this place more, and send everyone that I know who is looking for a car or truck out there. Like my family has learned, it might be little further out than some of the dealerships in Waco proper, but the customer service makes it worth the drive. We will definitely continue to buy all of our vehicles at Stanley.

Bought my Raptor from Stanley Ford in November and the sales experience was great. I wasnt pressured like at most dealerships and believe me, Ive been to a bunch over the years. After talking to the salesman, he introduced me to John (Sales Mgr.) and Leo (General Mgr.) and both were very nice and were appreciative of my business. The real reason Im leaving this review is from the service I got today when my truck had an issue come up. Ron, the service mgr., took my truck back and had it knocked out in 15 minutes. It ended up being a sensor on the traction control, but I have already put almost 5,000 miles on my truck and he looked up my info in the system and told me that I still had not redeemed my FREE OIL Change that I received when buying my truck from these guys.....So, I got a Free Oil chage to boot.!!!!! So if you want an honest opinion......Stanley Ford is A+++++ in my book!!!

After dealing with Stanley Dodge in Gatesville my husband and I were pretty nervous about giving this dealership a chance. We are so happy that we did!! They were beyond professional and laid back. Rob Williams and Derrick Loper worked very hard to get us the best possible deal and not once made us feel like we were an inconvenience. They worked very hard to stay within our budget and get us what we wanted! They were completely transparent with the whole deal and we never felt in the dark about the whole process. (Like stanley dodge in Gatesville). Hats off to these gentleman!!! We surely had them putting in some hard work and they were awesome to us!!! Thank you gentlemen! Our family greatly appreciates all of your efforts to put us in a safer vehicle.

1. Got a new car and left with no gas. 2. Car was brand new and has problems and got put into shop. 3. Wanted a part replaced and got attitude from the car sales associate like it was personally coming out of his check or something. 4. Then they got the VIN wrong and so i had to go up there 4 or 5 days in a row. Honestly, i wish there was some damn way I could go back and never have purchased either of the cars I bought. Was literally the worst decision. I was a customer of you guys and always recommended friends and family and anyone I knew to yall, but its just bad things to say about you guys from now on. WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE, WISH I COULD RETURN CAR AND NEVER GO BACK. I will make sure everyone knows the nightmare I went through.

I have been to several dealers and Stanley Ford in McGregor was awesome. The sales staff immediately greeted us with a smile and was willing to help us find exactly what we were looking for. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the differences in the different trim packages and he paid close attention to what we were saying. Once we found what we wanted they were very patient with us and answered every concern we had and worked very hard to get us where we could walk away with the new car. Never once did they get upset when we had more questions. Would highly recommend to anyone to buy from them. We are loving our new Escape Titanium. Thank you Greg Young!
