They are amazing here! Especially the girl behind the counter at their new location on E 1st St. The Unruh Automotive building. I had my 3 year old with me and my alignment took longer than expected but she was wonderful, gave my son a white board and markers to keep him busy and the other customers were very sweet also even when he was getting restless and a little loud. Service was so great, cant even complain about the extra time. Car drives perfectly now, will be going back!!

Very helpful and honest. Ive always been worried about taking my cars to non-dealership facilities because of the plethora of incompetent and dishonest technicians out there, but Bavarian Automotive is different. They do a better job than the dealerships and at a much lower price. I will be a customer for as long as I live in Wichita. Maybe even after I move, I might come back just for this shop.

Maurice and his staff have always provided excellent, timely service. As a college student my income fluctuates and Maurice is always honest with me about what needs immediate attention and what can wait to be fixed. I have NEVER felt ripped off or taken advantage of as I have with other places. I would recommend Bavarian Automotive to everyone, hands down.

If youre looking for an alternative (only alternative) to the dealerships in town for BMW service, Maurice at Bavarian Automotive is your guy. His staff is very knowledgeable and they know what they are doing. They are not as expensive as you would think. I would recommend him to anybody who owns a BMW or mini cooper. I will be coming back for sure.

I visited Bavarian Automotive Inc on a busy weekday morning and the staff was very accommodating with helping me solve a problem with my mini cooper prior to going on a 3 hour road trip to Kansas City. Maurice was so nice and helpful. I am very grateful for everyone that helped me that day!

Simply put, if you own a BMW and want the absolute best service available in Wichita, Bavarian is the only place to go. The collective level of BMW technical expertise Maurice and his employees have is unsurpased. I wont take my BMW anywhere else.

Great people. We had a repair that needed all new fuel injectors. They called the dealership and found out it was covered under a special warranty that only the dealer could repair and sent us there. Oh and it was a $3500 repair.
