I cant leave a comment on their website or an email directly to them as their site keeps kicking it back so I hope they read this. Good Evening, I bought the Red 2010 Cadillac Escalade and had it shipped out to me here in Las Vegas. The car is a nice car. However, in the future when selling a car to someone in the Southwest where we are not a custom to rust and salt damage you may want to advise of normal where and tear for South Dakota. I was disappointed to find rust and pits from salt. Also there is a crease on the passenger rear door. Plus there is a large chip in the windshield, which may have been from transport. This just goes with buying a vehicle over the internet ones idea of really clean is different from anothers.

I bought a 2014 F-150 FX4 from Lewis & Clark Ford Lincoln this past weekend and I was completely satisfied with the entire process! Cory V. and the rest of the sales & finance staff were very helpful and friendly. They have a very nice newly-remodeled dealership & service center. I had done plenty of research on the pickup I was considering before I stopped at the dealership for a test drive, so I cant comment on their "off the street" customer service, but I can tell you that everyone I talked to at Lewis & Clark that day was friendly. I would definitely recommend this dealership to any of my friends looking for a vehicle.

Sold me a car with problems and when i called to get help the person who was supposed to help me was never working, even though i called everyday for 3 weeks. We agreed on parts during the sale to fix a few small things that were never puchased after we signed the papers. Also anytime i called and gave a number for someone to call me back no one ever did not once. Northtown is a much better place to do buisness.

If you buy here, you will be on their call and mailing list for years. They call every year and I chew their butts for reminding me what horrible people they had working there and how screwed I felt when I bought. 4 years later Im still getting called and mailings. I tell them do not ever call me again and they persist. They suck. No matter what deal dont buy It here.

Had a bad experience with a certain employee there who continued to harass me about buying a vehicle after pretending to be interested in buying a truck from me. Called me several times trying to get me to buy a truck after I had already said no the first time when he wasnt actually interested in my truck.

Absolutely incredible service. The guys were thorough, communicative, and super fast. Gorgeous show room, great people. We were just passing through when we needed help, but we are wishing we could buy and service vehicles here all the time. They made life much easier for us!
