So I called and asked about the prices for my 2005 expedition. I needed two tires and an alignment was told 270 for everything tires alignment balancing and installation. Hmm not bad is what Im thinking. Read the positive reviews online so I thought I was dealing with good mechanics. WRONG. I payed 230 for them to put tires on. Im not mad about the price Im mad at the fact that when they jacked the car up or whatever they do to do the alignment that they didnt call and tell me hey u need ball joints replaced if you dont do them today then I cant do the alignment. Instead i got a call stating I needed ball joints i asked is that something id have to get right away. He said no. I said ok ill get them done next week or friday can i get a price he said ill give you the estimate when you get here. If they would of explained it all to me I would of said OK Ill get the tires anyways or Ill come back Friday to take care of everything instead of making two trips. Because just like any normal person I work full time and I had to take off early to have this done. Which means money cut out my check hours lost! And for what just for two tires to get put on. Then I get to the shop to pick up my car thinking I got the alignment because I was not told on the phone that it wasnt done just to be told its 230 for the tires if you want to bring the car the alignment and ball joint will be 430 bucks. Where did that number come from the alignment is 39.90 before taxes so it comes out to what 50 dollars maybe with taxes. And I priced the ball joint they are no where near $400. So.... Where did that amount come from. So never again will i go back nor will i trust the good reviews. For all I know that was the employees writing good reviews. The as star tire and repair was a rip off. Thanks ~Trina

This places service has really plummeted. If you have all the time in the world to waste than by all means come here. Just expect to be here at least an hour, even if you make an appointment, for something as simple as an oil change; something that should only take 20-25 mins max. It seems that they have too much work and cant handle it. I also had a horrible experience once. After waiting for longer than an hour and 30 mins for my oil change and tire rotation to be done I told them to check my ac system briefly because it wasnt working. It took them another 30 mins just to tell me the compressor wasnt turning on. Devlin quoted me $1,400 to fix. So I started doing some research online and most websites stated this would only cost $800 to fix. It turned out to be one a relay failure which I replaced for $6!!!! I wouldve been $1,400 in a hole should I have trusted them and not done research. Only reason why I keep coming back is because one of the employees there is awfully nice and always takes care of me and makes sure Im being taken care of. If it wasnt for him I would stop coming here. I just wish they would value peoples time more. I even went a whole hour waiting once for them to get started on my car and I had told them I needed to go to work. I had to leave and come back the next day because they didnt even get started on it because "they dont like to rack cars twice". Just another form of saying the dont like to go above and beyond for the customer. The next day when I came back was when I had the a/c incident.

This review is long overdue. I took a wheel in for repair. They told me it would be taken to a third party and be back in two days. Three days later they said there was an issue with paint and it would be another day. After four days, they still didnt have it. I called. This entire time I was the one making the calls. They didnt keep me updated at all. They told me it still wasnt ready. I told Devlin, the owner, he needed to make it right by not charging me and providing a spare until I got my wheel and tire back. He said hed only charge me what the third party charged and wouldnt provide a wheel. After that, I drove to the shop to expedite the process. He refused to talk to me in person, but I got the staff to provide the number of the third party. They got my wheel to me and told me they werent charging Devlin after it was a day late. Devlin said they were still charging after it was three days late! Devlin acts like a good Christian man, but hes a spineless lying worm whod throw his own family under a bus for a nickel. Garbage business. Garbage human being. The only good reviews he gets are probably from people who arent car savvy. I listened to them screw over people while I was waiting in the lobby. Been a few months ago, and it still irritates me.

My fiancé and I have been there twice now . The first time they changed the oil and we got both headlight put on . We order the headlights off of amazon my fiancé tried to put them on himself never touching them because we didnt have the equipment to do it . We were please with the price of Them putting the headlights on. The second time .. Turning out the headlights were not damaged by shipping like they tried to blame it on . We asked them to also fix the blinking on my dash and headlights they told us they would fix it . They came out and told us they dropped the battery and would replace it told them to make sure they replace it with a 2017 battery which was in it in the first place which they did . In conclusion we have a messed up headlight and still problems with the blinking lights on our dash and headlights . We will not be going there again . Left us with more problems then what we came there with . I wouldnt recomand this place to anyone .

Was told to bring my car in this morning for diagnostics, so I worked out a ride to work and I was the first one in the door (at 8AM.) Called at 1:45 to ask about the car, he said they were looking at it and he would call me as soon as they knew anything. I called back at 4:30 since I get off work at 5, and he said they hadnt looked at it yet. Sure enough when i got there at 5, it was in the same spot. The cars that arrived after me were gone. I asked for my key and waited another 20 minutes, he said it was in the back shop. He finally asked someone to go get it, and they couldnt find it. It was sitting at the BOTTOM of a stack.. on his counter... it had never been touched. He told me i need to understand they have a lot of work... THEN DONT TELL ME TO BRING MY CAR IN. Never will I darken this door again.
