Just terrible. They got just about everything wrong that they possibly could have. They ordered the wrong color wheels in the wrong size so they had to be reordered. Which should have been a hint to go somewhere else but i didnt follow my gut regretfully. When they installed the air pressure sensors on the new wheels they didnt reprogram them or at least keep them with the correct wheel location. So now when I have a low pressure in my right front tire I have to check the left rear tire. Which brings me to my next disappointment. My left rear tire has been leaking air every since the day I left with my new wheels and tires. Oh and dont let me forget to mention that they had my car from 9am until 7pm. It took them all day to mount 4 tires onto 4 wheels and mount them on my car. For all of my troubles they offered me a free alignment and then said my car wouldnt fit on their alignment rack. I understand my car sits low but its a stock corvette. Not exactly a rare or exotic vehicle. Other firestone stores in the area dont have issues with that. I spent $2400 on new wheels and tires and regret it dearly. Thank you Preston for your terrible service. I will be taking this up with corporate. Please please please dont take your vehicle up to them. learn from my mistake.

Sent my 95 year old dad there for a $100.00 front brake job. The $100.00 job is a bait for the things they add on after an inspection. First thing: needed front rotors. OK, how much? O Reilley s Auto Parts was $100.00 for both rotors. OK, Firestone needs to add a little profit to parts so maybe $50.00 profit on the rotors to cost of $150.00? No, Firestone charged $229.00! The first switch is the high price you pay for parts through Firestone. The second thing added was a complete brake fluid change for $114.00. They said a test strip indicated it needed changing. They did get all approvals with my dad. I should of had them call me instead so that is my mistake. If you are a senior citizen, a woman, or a man without car knowledge, you are an easy target for having your invoice upsized at this Firestone Store. Complaining to the manager was worthless.

I called to see about getting a plug put in one of my tires under the purchased warrenty plan and they told me it would be an hour wait. Ok so I show up 10 minutes later and they are telling me its gonna be an hour and a half wait. The thing is there are 3 cars in the building with about 5 or 6 open bays, and three employees standing around literally staring off into nowhere inside the office. Whats the point of purchasing the plan if you cant use it on your tume. These guys are lazy and work harder at not doing the work than anybody iv seen in a long time. Poor quality.

Forest Bunnell and Firestone went WAY above and beyond for our youth group. Our fifteen passenger bus needed 4 tires on the back end due to tired separation. On a Sunday afternoon at 4p.m. and they close at 5p.m. They are bending over backwards and allowed our youth group to take over the lobby to work on our program we will be doing for Mission Arlington. Praise Father God for their kindness and compassion! #SoliDeoGloria!

Great service! Arrived 15 minutes before closing on a Friday night with a nail in my tire. Thankfully, instead of turning me away, they stayed late and repaired it! Overall, it was a very positive experience! Thank you!
