Refuse to balance/rotate tires that have (lifetime balance and rotation) due to "alignment issues." When I said alignment has nothing to do with my balance/rotation they explained that my tires have uneven tread and he just ran his fingers through it and eyeballed it. (I have lifetime alignment from Firestone and this is a <25k mile vehicle with no off road). BS!

Refused to honor my tire warranty....explanation alignment issues... called for a tire price, put me on hold. I hung up after 15 minutes.
