Terrible staff. I had to go there to fix one problem, three times! The first time i went to get an oil change and to repair my AC. I paid $100 for FREON additives and labor charge. The AC worked for one day then broke down again. After three days, I went to the same place again to fix my AC. Then they told me that I had a leaking condenser, and that I needed to replace it. They charged me $412.72 with a $50 discount, and I paid them. It worked for a little bit, and stopped working again. The same problem has happened twice now. I decide to talk to the manager and go in a third time. The manager told me that the radiator cooling fan motor was not working. He said that I needed to fix it and that it would cost me $509.26. I told him that I am not sure that this will fix my AC because I have trusted them twice already, and they still havent fixed my AC. Each time I went there, they told me to fix something different in my car. I told the manager that I didnt want anymore repairs at service plus and that I will never come back here. When I went home I told my 14 year old son about my problem. He looked on the internet and quickly found a solution to my problem. We determined that the relay that controlled my condenser was damaged. We determined that I had to replace the relay which costs about $6-$10. We tried replacing the condenser relay with the horn relay which provided a temporarily solution. We experimented a bit and found out that the problem all along had been the damaged relay. I believe that my old condenser didnt even need to get replaced, and even if I had a problem with the condenser, and the radiator fan, why didnt they find both problems in one day. Each day they found something new and guaranteed that fixing this will solve my problem. I dont believe that they are professionals.

I was pretty impressed with the last few visits I have had at this service plus. However this last one really kind of irritated me. Some may call it petty but I sure dont feel that way. First, I have had my vehicle for over 5 years and I have NEVER paid over $50 for a simple conventional oil change. Well, today was that day. The service visit went normal. Greeted at my car, all my info was taken. Given the tour of my vehicle and presented with Recommened service options, no problem. All normal. Then came time to pay. Conventional oils change I was quoted was $44.95. No problem. On their website they had a $10 off. No problem. $3495? I can totally deal with that. Then he told me my total was $61 and some change. I asked what services were done because I had asked for the convention $44.95 change. He then says he gave me 6 qrts of oil and that my vehicle required a "premium" oil filter. After all was said and done, that was an extra $15 in charges that I was not aware of. And of course the service had already been done. Again, in 5 years I have NEVER paid that much for a oil change. The most frustrating pet is those 2 items were not presented to me before the service was done. Had I been told my vehicle required a "premium" filter that would have changed my mind in doing an oil change there. For $50 I can have a oil change from the dealer and get a car wash and free tire rotation with it. I know it sounds petty that is $15. But $15 is $15. And I didnt appreciated having that extra $15 on there without my agreeing to it. Thanks

So, I rarely write a review a couple weeks after going to said place. I havent had many oil changes for my car, so I dont know what the prices should be for the various things. I was a good nugget for this place, apparently. Moral of the story? Dont come here for an oil change. Upon pulling up, I was told that my Toyota Prius may need an expensive special "Zeenith" oil(say what?) and that they would need to check it out first. Well, they checked and to my glee, I was told I wouldnt need to pay the 75$ for the special oil. The guy still recommended it, but told me there were cheaper 60$ and 45$ options. Thinking the 45$ was a deal, I gladly took that. He also gave me 5 various recommendations for my car, that the engine, cooling system, etc should all be flushed out. I told him I was fine, but then he came back with 2 air filters. I swear I heard him say a new cabin filter was 9.99 and the new engine filter was 19.99. Hah! The filters looked filthy and with his "recommendation", I took him up on what I thought would be 30$ plus the 45$ oil change. My total when all was said and done? 122$ The 9.99 air filter was actually 49.99. I was laughed at by family when I told them I spent 45$ for an oil change. Apparently 15-20$ for an oil change is standard with a free tire rotation and wash. This place charged extra for both of those. Lets just say, I didnt mention the air filters to my family. All in all? I wont be coming here again, and I will discourage those around me to do the same.

Whilst no doubt my own fault for falling into the trap but I feel I have been taken for a ride at Service Plus. In for an Oil Change and State Inspection I was also told I needed a Fuel injection clean as one should be done every 15,000 miles and my car at 45K had never had one. Of course I should have said no and done some research first, but post terraclean I have learnt this is an unnecessary maintenance item and although I was told it should be done every 15K, it is not mentioned anywhere whatsoever in the required maintenance schedule for my car. I have learnt a $130 lesson and will not be returning here. UPDATE: I appreciate the fast response. Who do I ask to speak to if I call?

Ive brought my car here a couple times (oil changes, engine lights, belts) and each time have been more than impressed with the courteousness of the technicians and the how pleasant the over all experiences were. Ive been places where Ive felt ripped off by mechanics over charging or trying to convince me I needed something to be replaced ASAP when in reality I didnt really need it at that time or ever. The gentlemen at Service Plus have been honest and straight with me every time Ive come in. I will not only be coming here for any service needs as long as i live in the area but I will do my best to make sure I my friends and family come here for anything the need as well.

Matt is a great mechanic. He has been able to diagnose and fix the weirdest things that go wrong with my older BMW. He is always cordial and willing to help. The entire team is enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate about what they do. The management team effectively communicates when unexpected situations arise. I appreciate the team working on Saturdays to help accommodate those of us who cannot take off work through the week. They work efficiently to maximize your downtime and if they need to keep your car, they let you know so that you can plan for that. Give Service Plus a chance, they will exceed your expectations. - W
