Im going to start off this review with a positive note and say that the staff here is very respectful and seem to be knowledgeable. I have taken my car here a few times for some regular maintenance, oil change, inspection, etc... I usually have my mobile mechanic perform all the work on my car, but in the case of the alignment I needed, I had to take it to a shop. The first thing that went wrong was that the guy that I dropped my car off with wasnt paying attention and put me down for an oil change, not an alignment. Not a huge deal, but when the mechanic shop doesnt get the order right it doesnt give me a warm and fuzzy feeling. Picked up the car and it drove like new... for about a week. The "shaking" in the steering wheel when I braked came back with a vengeance and of course I was pissed. Upon further inspection I realized that the shop DID NOT properly tighten the lug nuts on my two front drive wheels. Totally unsafe and I will NEVER take my car back here. If you plan to, check the lug nuts when you get it back!

First of all, as a woman I hate going to mechanics in the first place. So I have to share this positive experience. I hit a curb really hard and my car veered to the left bad. Went here and told them I wanted a basic alignment and nothing else for now. They did exactly that. They did mention something may be bent that holds the wheel, but it was small and could probably wait until I could afford to have it investigated further. This has been one of the only times I have not been upcharged or told I had multiple things wrong. I truly appreciate them listening to me when I said I was on a budget and not being backed into a corner to do work I cant afford. Of course if I was going to leave in an unsafe situation, I know they would have been different. My car now runs great! Im sorry to see some of the lower reviews on here because I had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back. Scott the manager was great! Such a great place!!

I do 99% of my own car work, but I dont change my own tires, I had made an appointment to get tires installed. When I arrived 10 minutes early on a weekday I was told there might be a wait. They gave me a 90 minute estimate. They did get my car in quickly and beat their time estimate. While waiting I heard them on the phone taking to other customers and they were giving honest answers and seemed genuinely interested in giving the best service to customers. When I was ready to checkout they gave me a list of suggested additional service. Some of it was reasonable and others were just based on guessing since they didnt know the vehicle history. There was no pressure to buy anything else though and I was out the door paying what I had expected to. They have free wifi, a TV, and a small table for kids, but if you dont bring your own entertainment kids will get bored quickly. You could walk over to the McDonalds next door too.

I called them to ask if they could mount some atv tires for me and specifically told them they were 12" rims. They told me yes on the pone but when I got there they said they could not because it was to small. I know how the machine works and know they could have done it. The guys there were just too lazy. Another time I used them I had to get two tires done to match the other two I had on my car. While working on my car they left the key on and drained my battery because I have a after market stereo. The solution is to just hook a battery charger on it and let it sit for a while but they just pushed it outside and left me stranded.

I needed a Interstate battery for my Cherokee, these guys were closing, I arrived a few min after closing time but these guys still helped me! I had called ahead to confirm they had the battery I needed, but there was a minor miscommunication over the phone, they were able to find the correct battery, but happend to be a bit more than previous one priced. They were awesome enough to match the price with the Interstate battery store, this was a pleasant surprise! They also waited a until I replaced battery incase I needed help and let me use a socket extension to remove battery. I would recommend these guys at Firestone!

Good shop and good guys, especially the kid with the bird. I have been going to this place for years and have never been ripped off like the last person stated. They do try to sell you a bunch of extra services but like everything ells you have to balance what you need against what you can afford. And never have major work done on your car without getting a second opinion. What one mechanic consider bad might not be the same in anothers eyes, because like the word says its only one guys opinion.

I will say that they are very professional in the showroom, however their mechanics flat out suck. First off they over filled my oil. Thankfully not by too much, but enough to scare me. Secondly, I had a horrible sound coming out of my engine. I paid them $70 to diagnose it. It came back as the alternator. However I was a bit skeptical. It turned out it was the Alternator Decoupler Pully, not the alternator itself. They were going to charge me $450 to replace the wrong part. No thank you.

I have been going here for the past 2 years. I have been very happy with the service and Jason is one hell of a manager. He gets it done right and at the right price. If you go in for a specific repair you feel needs to be done, and it turns out you dont need it after all, Jason will state the facts of what is truly wrong and for me, has saved me A LOT of money. I dont trust very often, but I definitely trust these guys for my repairs and maintenance to both vehicles.

I use them a lot, i love getting my cars fixed on the weekend when I dont need them all day. I also like the fact that I can walk home in 30 minutes, and if I need a rental, Enterprise is just a five minute walk from my Firestone. On a recent weekend I put three cars in on Saturday for oil changes, new batteries, some preventive maintenance and state inspections. one car needed a major A/C repair. Two finished that same day and the A/C job finished Sunday.

Service Recovery. I had a poor experience at another Firestone a few miles away. It happens. Sometimes the customer has a bad experience at a good place. Since I couldnt get timely service at my neighborhood FS, I went to the professional staff at Firestone RR. They scheduled me in with a managers business card in case I need further assistance. The service took the right amount of time for my cars issues and I felt like a valued customer. Thank you.

I called this location because my good friend and fellow church member works for this company. I had transmission problems. I talked to Joey a Service Rep and described my problem. He was quick to advise that his shop would not be able to help, that the transmission was beyond their help. He recommended A+ Transmissions. I deeply appreciated the integrity of Joey and the company he represents. I plan to use this shop for future services.
