Went in today to try to get a tire patched which is normally no problem but good god did it suck today. The guy behind the conter got my keys and told me it would be about a hour to a hour and a half wait. I told them thats fine i will just walk to walmart and stuff. Anyway after wallmart i walked to chick fillet for some breakfast as i was walking over i saw they had my truck in the bay and were working on it already so i thought cool i will get out faster then i thought. After breakfast i was walking back over and saw it was out of the bay so i went back inside Hibdons and sat down to wait for my name to get called up. At this point its been about a little more than a hour since i dropped it off. After about another 30 min i asked a woman behind the counter if she could check on it since it wasnt in the bays anymore she went out looked and came back and told me that they were still messing with it. About another hour goes by (2 hours and 30 min so far) im starting to get a little bit annoyed cause i saw my truck was parked right outside the bays and hasnt moved since i came back from breakfast. So i asked again about it and again the woman said it still wasnt ready yet. So once again i go sit down and browsed on my phone for a bit and killed another hour. (3 hours and 30 minutes so far for a tire patch) At this point im am fairly irritated but once again i calmly asked about the truck this time she went and talked to a guy that was on a computer on in the bay area and came back and said they havent found a tire yet... and said they couldnt patch the hole in my tire and told me i could order one and have it in tomorow. So they had the truck in there bay for probably all of 30 minutes and parked it outside for 3 hours and never bothered to tell me they couldnt fix it. I told them no on the tire and left. There crew didnt even pull the tarps off the damn driver seat or bothered to refill the leaking tire. I went to sams after and got a new tire in 30 minutes... Never coming back here again. TL:DR 3 and a half hours for a job they worked on for 30 minutes but decided not to tell me for another 3 hours thanks for killing my Saturday Hibdons.

My S2000 was involved in an accident 5 months ago and the bodyshop at the time took it to this Hibdons store for an alignment. I just had an alignment check done at Firestone on May 1 2014 (5 months, 7000 miles since the alignment at Hibdons), and the numbers were completely off. Toe and camber in the rear were way out of range and wore out my tires prematurely. I ended up having Firestone do my alignment with a set of wheels with new tires (so everything is balanced and aligns straight) since I was already there for an alignment check. I called Hibdons on May 2 2014 and spoke with store manager Justin. He WAS NOT able to obtain a copy of the alignment sheet from when his store did it, he also told me that THEY DO NOT HONOR WARRANTY ON INSURANCE JOBS even though their website states 12 months/12000 miles warranty period. I did not ask for reimbursement for my tires (even though I could have gotten more miles out of them), I did not ask for reimbursement for the life-time alignment that Firestone did, all I asked for was reimbursement for a regular one-time alignment to counter the horrible job that his store did and he would not work with me on that either... Not customer-oriented and poor service quality warranted this review. I do have pictures of my old tires and the Before/After alignment sheet from Firestone that shows a correlation between the numbers and how the tires wore to support my review.

The only reason I dont give 5 stars is because I had to have warranty work done.... but.... I recently purchased a set of new tires and an alignment for my f150. The number 1 thing to remember is MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! I did so and was in and out within an hour. The staff was extremely polite and made the experience easy and enjoyable. They came to me and not only told me that there was a front end issue that needed repaired before they could do an alignment, but took me and showed it to me. I completed the repairs myself and brought it back in within a week for an alignment. The alignment was also quick, however it was apparently too quick. Those brand new tires were rapidly destroyed because my alignment was done incorrectly. I called them as well as contacting their corporate office directly. They made me an appointment as soon as possible, corrected the errors in the alignment, and replaced the tires all free of charge under warranty. All of the times I have been in this store have been a good experience, and I will likely use them again in the future.

I can agree about hard working however, I am now sitting for over an hour to have one tire on a rim replaced. I was told when I got here that it would be quick. That information was voluntary I did not ask. He gave me details saying that there was only one person in front of me and that it was slow. Now, over an hour later the tire hasnt even been touched. One tire. I was told when I did ask that an appointment had arrived and that I was now the next in line behind them. People have come and gone since I have been here. This is not just annoying, its bad business to promise one thing then make no effort to volunteer the information that it now was going to take way more time than what was said. O much for a quick fix... and just one replacement tire. My advice, make an appointment or dont bother. If you dont have an appointment you are not a priority, you should go elsewhere. Nice to be so busy you dont have to care about the very basic customer service, communication.

Took vehicle back within 15 minutes of picking up. Went in for tire rotation and balance. In which they never performed instead called me twice to upsell service. Even when I picked up vehicle, I asked specific questions regarding the rotation and balance and was told the services were done. In driving the vehicle 3 miles, and looking at the tires, the work was not performed. They insisted it was and finally they asked the tech and he did state, no he didnt rotate and balance. In all, 2 phone calls and in person, the advisors wanted you to believe the work was done. So watched them the second time complete the work.. we will not be using their services no longer as this has been the 2nd incident in a year. First time the stated vehicle didnt have certain parts on it when we asked where is the items. And after being persistent and not backing down, the items were " found ". Good luck out there, know your vehicle!!!!!!

I have dealing with Hibdon tires since 1988 I gotten to them for a long time. Yes I have had good and bad experience with them. The good out weight the bad. I found out it is best to talk with them about any problem that you are having the service or what ever your issue with them. Hibdon did a complete brakes, rotors, struts and balance on my truck. when I left the shop they forgot to tighten the lugs nut for the tires. I got down the road a little ways from them. My truck started to wobble real bad. So I pulled over and seen the problem and call Hibdon. They came right a way and fix the problem and drove my truck back to their shop and check for any other damages. I thank God that there were no more damages. Their not perfect but I have know them to do their best in customer satisfaction. You cant please everyone but they do their best with what they can.
