My car was making some weird sounds, so I called this location one evening. I tried to explain what the sound was on the phone and was told to bring it in. I asked about the wait time and was told I could be taken in immediately, so I went immediately. The technicians determined it was the alternator and quoted me about $320. I used a coupon for $50 off so my total was about $270. They did not try to sell me stuff I did not need. When I got home, I filled out an online survey of my experience and the only thing I mentioned that could have been improved was the $21.99 diagnostic charge. The manager immediately returned my phone call and offered to refund me the charge. I have not seen any business be so committed to customer satisfaction. Thank you, Firestone. I will choose you for my future repairs.

Took my wifes Infitity in for work on the two passenger tires. They changed the sensor in the back tire (very overpriced, but they got it done), and then they tell me there is a nail in front tire that cannot be fixed. I said ok and took it to a friends shop. The tiny nail was NOWHERE near a spot that the gentleman said it was when he told me it could not be fixed. My buddy laughed and said theyre all on commission and wanted to sell me a new tire. Ill never go back... I work with business owners daily and this is just poor ethical business practices. If you do use this location, I highly advise getting a second opinion.

I was really unhappy with the Service and wait time at Firestone- I dropped my van off there for new brake pads - came back over a hour and a half later and they still hadnt even looked it at-and was told it was going to be at least 30 more minutes before they could even even look at it. I was extremely disappointed - especailly after all of the rave reviews. I wouldnt recommend it- I mean- I understand that sometimes they get behind- but a call would have been nice.

At most of the Firestones in Oklahoma City this is the one I typically prefer to go to. The staff historically been friendly and helpful. About the only negative is Firestone typically doesnt keep a lot of stock on hand so often things have to be brought in. This can cause some delays on getting repair work done.

I noticed my tire was low late on a sunday evening right before a road trip early the next morning. I stopped to ask if they could take a quick look. They fixed my tire even though the store had just closed. I really appreciated the customer service at this location. Ive always had good service with Firestone.

Been taking my vehicles here for about 3 or 4 years now. Never had a bad experience. Their work is solid and the one time there was something they were not equipped; they told me upfront and suggested that it be taken to the dealership. They are a stand up kind of crew.

Overall good service with direct straight prices but wait time is really long. Pretty much every time I have even an oil filter change it takes thirty to hour longer then they originally specified.
