Sooooooo, ended up taking my vehicle to L&M. $1200 later, car is STILL MESSED UP. If you want honest mechanics that know what theyre doing and dont want to screw you, DO NOT GO HERE. I took my car here because it was shaking a little around 40-45 mph, and my ac was blowing hot air while sitting still. The shaking, they diagnosed as the cv shaft and told me my entire front suspension needed to be replaced. The ac, new seals on the firewall and freon. They replaced the cv shaft then called to tell me they had to do an alignment (please note my vehicle drove straight before the cv issue and their alignment). They had my car three days. I picked it up Wednesday evening and immediately noticed it was blowing hot air. I told the gentleman and he told me to bring it back the next day. Thursday morning I return, I noticed the right pull on the steering wheel on my drive home Wednesday so I asked for the alignment results. He said they didnt have that documentation.... I also asked for a written copy of their 12,000 12 month warranty, also which he would not provide. Anyway, they keep my car that day, told me that they did another alignment (still pulls hard to the right as soon as I let go of the steering wheel) and checked the ac again. This time they concluded that I need a new air compressor. The first bout of repairs done on the ac amounted $530. Im not understanding how this was not checked during the first three days of having my car. And get this, they want another $1600 to complete needed repairs. If you like your bank account in the positive, and quality work... find another mechanic shop

I have used Caleb and his guys 5 or 6 times on several vehicles and my 5th wheel toy hauler... They fitted my brand new Cyclone with a custom double tow hitch...Thats how much I trust these guys and they did a fantastic job on it! They are also the ONLY people I would allow to service my F450 truck! I was just getting ready to leave for Alabama the other day and my Turbo Charger melted down. I called Caleb right away and he tracked down a new unit for me locally (he spent an hour on the phone doing it) and I limped it in for him! 24 hours later, Im picking it up from him all done and running perfect! Replacing this on a 2011 truck is a nightmare job! You have to rip half the engine apart to do it! And they charged WAY less than any other shop would have! I rarely refer people to a mechanic but I give these guys referrals all the time and always get great feedback from them about them too! If you need any mechanic work done big or small, use these guys! Once you do, youll have a mechanic for life that is honest, fair, and do great work including custom stuff!

This was my first time at L&M Auto, so I was a little bit worried that Id be taken advantage of, with being a woman and in a wheelchair cuz it happens quite often actually! However, these guys were great...very friendly, seemed knowledgeable, and informed me before trying to charge extra!! I didnt realize it til I looked at the receipt when I got home but they didnt even charge me for checking my hand controls! Awesome! And they did work on it, go figure...a nice guy. In a nice auto shop....wow! Im impressed and Ill definitely be referring and letting others know about L & M Auto!!! The only thing I did find out later was I think they forgot to fill my windshield wiper fluid, hehe! But no biggie! It could of been way worse, especially these days with all these greedy businesses and just bad people in general anymore! Thank so much again guys and gals who helped me! I live a considerable drive from L&M Auto Repair. So I try to plan my vehicle preventative maintenance, rolling repairs, alignments, tune-ups, air conditioning charges, and other important things that keep my 2005 F150 pick up running like a top with the help of L&M. I feel I get good value for my money compared to the big dealer shops and less professional run garages. These folks want to do a good job for you, take pride in what they do, and are serious in wanting you to be satisfied with their work. They are good people wanting to do exceptional service at fair prices. I have seen this business continue quality expansion in not only their updated beautiful facility but they have hired talented new team members to grow the L&M staff. These are good reasons why I drive the distance to L&M. I rate them exceptional in all areas.

I was not satisfied with my service in regards to the price I was quoted a week prior to having the job done and the amount I paid which was more. What I actually got was not a complete job for what I requested. After the hitch was put on, costing more than was quoted earlier, there was still a remaining charge for another attachment. I was unhappy because I requested a specific need for a specific trailer to be pulled. I did pay for the hitch that was put on but did not receive full service for my specific request. There was a breakdown in communication on what I thought was being done and what was actually done. I left very disappointed in the service and concern for my need.

My husband and I have been using L&M for all of our automotive work for quite a while. They are always very friendly and willing to help in any way they can. I also know that when I call they remember me and my car. Their facility is always clean and well kept, and if you have to wait they have a large flat screen T.V. They are happy to answer any questions I have whether in person or on the phone. They do not try to sell you something you do not need, their estimates are prompt and what they quote is what you pay. In short I highly recommend L&M for all your cars needs. We will go back to them for our future automotive care needs.

We recently moved to the area and these guys came highly recommended by some friends. I had the oil changed in both of our cars and they did great! I had to reschedule one of the appointments because of a work meeting and they worked with my schedule. The price I was quoted was what I paid, down to the penny. The guy answering the phone was always polite and professional. And I was in and out in a suitable amount of time, which is wonderful for those with busy schedules. We will continue to come back to this place for any mechanical work we may need. Love the small town feel in a big city.

Honest mechanics providing excellent quality work and excellent service. I needed a brake job on my car. Dropped the car off in the morning and took a nice loaner car to work. I got a call mid-morning giving me an update: the front brakes needed new rotors, but the rear were OK. Its refreshing for a mechanic to honestly tell you what needs fixed and what does not. Later that day, I returned the loaner and picked up my car. I didnt even realize until I got home that they had replaced a missing plastic lug nut cover that I had lost weeks ago, now thats service!
