Called on a Friday to make sure tires would be in on Monday. I was told they would be here waiting for me on Monday. I drop my car off a little after 8am to ensure my vehicle is attended to quickly. By 11am my car had not been moved so I asked the attendant, "How much longer till they would get to my car?" Numerous customers had come and gone since I dropped it off. They quickly moved my car onto the lift because they could tell I was a little agitated. It sat on the lift for an hour where all that had been done was that the tires had been removed and placed on the floor next to the lift. At 12pm I expressed that I had dropped my vehicle off 4 hours ago, wanting to know what the hold up was, and the attendant blamed it on the tires not getting delivered to the shop until 10am. Yet they did not touch my car till 11am and it was not finished by 12pm. I left the shop after having a friend pick me up and I received a phone call at 12:45pm telling me my vehicle was ready. I could have changed the tires by myself, with a crowbar, in the amount of time I wasted here. Very disappointed, as I have been a frequent customer here. They didnt even offer the slightest apology for my wait. I will not be back. They were anything but "Quick"!
