Terrible experience with service here. I made my appointment at 9am monday and was told later on tnat day i would not be seen that day. I had set this appointment up 3 days beforehand just for a inspection/diagnostic test. The lady who helped me in the morning was very rude while i was explaining what was going wrong with my vehicle. She was very impatient while trying to explain the noise/feel of vehicle while driving. I called up to the service department 4 houts after drop off hust to here i have not been seen and most likely will not be seen that day due to a couple cars having flood damage. This is murray ckentucky not the swamps of louisianna! This place obviously does not care about customer service, business ethics, and integrity. Forget you Parker Ford!

We first met Wendy and others at Parker Ford when our Ford truck quit and we were stranded in Murray. We were impressed with the friendliness and service, so when we needed a new car, Parker Ford was our first stop. Our car buying experience was equally as satisfying. Nick was knowledgeable, accommodating, and we never felt pressured or hurried. We love our new Fusion, and wont hesitate to return to Parker Ford.

The young man who moved here from Memphis is just great when it comes to customer service and is so knowledgeable. I am thankful for Ford Quick Lane. Love Parker Ford!!!! Scott in the service department has always been a great help! My Ford Edge just rolled over to 100,000 miles and it needed a bit of maintenance and new tires! Service department was very disrespectful. My husband set up an appointment to have his vehicle inspected 3 days beforehand and was told excuses on why they could not get us in. Do not give these people your money because they bait you in and take care of other folks until its conveniently good for them to handle responsible customers that set appointments up
