Please, stay away from this business. They will rip you off! I had a break down and called RPM. They said that they would send a mechanic out to look at it. 3.5 hrs later he showed up. I asked the owner how much it would be before sending anyone out. He told me $1.75 a mile and $102 an hr for labor. After the mechanic showed up I looked at my watch so I would know exactly how long he was there for. It was a simple electrical short and he taped it up and exchanged the fuse. Took him 35 min. Then the owner called me with the bill and charged me $226 dollars because he told me that it had taken his mechanic 2.2 hrs! What a joke. I called him out on it and he told me that it took the tech 45 min to load up his stuff into the truck and drive the 14 miles to get to me. I didnt believe that for one minute so I asked the mechanic how long it had taken him and he told me 15 min. Then the owner started to threaten to send the police if I didnt pay the amount he "said" it was. This shop is dishonest! Look at their other reviews online. This owner has a history of ripping people off and being dishonest.

Just Yesterday afternoon truck was towed in to the shop NOV 10,2016 fix the simple problem and they made two additional big problems fuel line was loose i was loosing fuel my engine and under the truck all in fuel , damage thread on on of the bolts in the yoke when installing drive shaft back after towing guy disconnected when towing my truck to the shop i suggested to rethread the and install different bolt size and they did that I got finely on the road .

I called the shop at 12:30 pm to fix my thermo King Tralier the driver get to the shop at 12:45 they told me its the starter need to be chagne fir 380$ plus 2.5 hours labor after three hours they called me asking me for 1400$ and they say they put two Mecnic to.change the start also they told my driver dont turn of the Tralier its not gana start this is the worst shop I ever been they want to charge me 11 hours labor it took them 1 hours to change it

DO NOT GO HERE...$ 12,000.00 PUT A TRANSMISSION ON A TRUCK AND LITERALLY CAME APART. ..ALMOST LOST IT ON THE ROAD ...WAS HOLDING ONLY IN 3 SCREWS ....3 WEEKS LATER HAD TO REDO IT...COSTED ME AGAIN OVER $ 5500.00 THE OWNER IA A LIAR; SO ARE HIS PEOPLE WORKING FOR HIM Asked only for the labor amount and sent him pictures he avoided me at any cost! DO NOT GO THERE

Excellent place, nice ppl. Got in and out with my problem solved within 1 h . On top of that Ive got a 50$ voucher which will come of my next job done here for a job that was only 92.58 . Now thats more than half of the price that Ive payed. Thanks a lot
