Best customer service i have ever had in my life. Barb is great and knowledgeable. She even offered to pick me up and find me a tow truck. I was stuck in town due to a major oil leak on my Audi. (Anyone that has ever had one of these cars knows that it is next to impossible to find a lot of their parts except at a dealership and needless to say i was nowhere near a dealership.) They had my car diagnosed within 2 hours and i it was fixed the next morning and i was on my way. Unmatched service compared to any repair shop i have ever been to. If you are in Effingham and need any repair this should be your absolute first choice.

We were far from home. Stuck on the side of a highway the day before Thanksgiving. When I called Phil I was met with superior customer service over the phone. He even came and picked up myself and my 2 children and brought us back to the shop, as the tow truck didnt have enough room for all of us. He got us fixed and back on our way. A+ customer service.
