I have to say this is the first time that I am writing a negative review about this Merlins. I have gone there many times and when my wifes car was not functioning properly i recommended that she take it to these guys. She called to make an appointment for them to look at it. The check engine light was on so we took it to autozone and got the printout of the diagnostic report for free. Upon bringing it in, they said that they would have to run a test of their own which would run us $80. We told them no, as it will only return the same results. From there the associate that helped my wife was an absolute a-hole. She decided to take her keys and leave as he was being unreasonable and just down right rude. We will not be returning to this Merlins. It is right down the street from us, but I would rather drive farther away to get some decent customer service.

I took my car in on a saturday without an appointment. Not only did Joe and Tony take care of my car repairs, they ended up staying after hours to make sure the job was done right. Very reasonable prices & great attention to detail. I will definitely be back & recommend to friends/co-workers. A+ work!

Ive been to all of the auto places around that intersection. Merlin has been my favorite for common maintenence. The prices are fair and the work is always done right.

Will over charge you and try to fix things that are not in need of repair. Go to Goodyear for a better service.
