Stay away if you want your vehicle looked at in a timely manner! I was there months ago to have my a/c looked at. I dropped my car off before they opened. When I came to pick it up after work they had not even looked at it yet. I left and never brought my car back there. Now I am having speedometer trouble. Ford garage was behind due to people being out on vacation, they recommended Cunninghams. I thought okay...I will give them another chance. Again I dropped my vehicle off before they opened. I got off work and went to pick it up...AGAIN they had NOT EVEN LOOKED AT IT !! The man said that they had been working on boats all day. He could not give me a ride home or pick me back up so they could still look at it yet that afternoon. He asks me if I would like to try them again tomorrow. I said "NO!, this same thing happened the last time I was here months ago." He gave me my keys and never even apologized. I felt that he didnt really care about my vehicle. Like he was so busy mine didnt matter. The business was not very personable. They may be very good but when you can never get in to see them!! I would just stay away from them! I am never using them again and I will never recommend them to anyone!

Overall they got the job done but thats the only good thing I got out of the interaction. I was recommended this place by another mechanic, so I called them to see if they could take my car (that was leaking power steering fluid), they said they would call back when the mechanic came back from lunch in an hour, then never called. I called again the next day and they said they could take it the next morning, so I took it over and they said they would call in two hours, again they never called. They didnt pick up when I tried to call them, and they closed at five so I had to wait till the next day to call again, which they then said that it would be ready at three because they had go order a part, and that it would only be $50. I get there at four to pick it up and they still hadnt fixed it! I had to wait for another half hour and it was more expensive than they had said, then once I got back they had shortchanged me ten bucks! Not an insane experience but very frustrating and I would not recommend to anyone.

Cunningham Auto Repair, from my first experience in August of 2013 seemed like it would be a rather enjoyable procedure; hoping what they repaired was fixed. Unfortunately, the same problem happened in March of 2014. I was sure they would cover it because it was the same issues, but the wrote it off as a different problem that caused it rather than the same problem. Overall, their poor customer service and not upholding to the warranty of their parts/ business, I feel it is not the place you want to bring your vehicle for repairs. More detail: The incident that occurred was my radiator burst because of my fan not kicking on while being idle. They replaced a part on the fan that was supposed to fix the electrical problem and put in a new radiator but to my dismay, it was only a temporary fix and when I took it back to the shop, they said it wasnt covered since the fan engine is what broke down this time. Not the sensor.

Do not get your car fixed from here! They are too slow and dont seem to know what they are doing. They will charge you for work that your car doesnt need--just so they can make a quick buck. The problem my car had never got fixed. They didnt even care. Please try the other auto places in Murray. I will not be going back to Cunninghams.

Took my car here to have my breaks replaced, once I finally got it back a few days later I noticed they failed to put my wheel all the way back on and it was hanging half way off. I would recommend never going to them for any of your vehicle needs

The only reason I gave them one star is because I had to to leave a review. These people are crooked and will try and manipulate you just to make extra money. They will say stuff is wrong with your car that is not. Stay away!!!
