I freaked out over what was wrong with my car, everyone was wanting to charge outrageous prices just to scan it. The prices here are very good, he fixed my car at a good price (its running like a dream now) there was no made up problems just to make more money, just got new tires and he gave me an amazing deal on them, so far both times Ive been there I have recieved a year of road side assistance, warranties, and he even gave me a ride home when I dropped off my car. Probably wont be taking my car to anyone else from now on

DO NOT take your vehicle to these people. I had my car there for a repair and while they had it the timing chain broke. They refused to give me any kind of discount to fix it, labor, parts or anything so i had to take it somewhere else that charged me hundreds of dollars less to fix it. I will never take my vehicle back to Accurate Automotive again and you shouldnt either. Save some money and take it somewhere that has integrity.

Not sure if I should give 1 star or 5. The incorrect diagnosis given by Bill over the phone and the turned down job offered to them saved me money. I requested a tail pipe be welded back in place and without ever seeing the vehicle he informed me that I was wrong, and its rusted off. A $4 clamp got me back to my shop and I did the work myself in under 10 minutes. Thanks yall!

Bill and his staff are always helpful when I bring my car in for service. Real honest and straightforward, no hidden fees. I live in Louisville, KY and it is worth the short drive down to Shepherdsville to have them get me fixed up. Five stars doesnt do Accurate Automotive justice! they deserve ten! Incredibly nice people and quick service. My wife was traveling, got a flat near them, was able to get her SUV towed there and they were able to plug her tire and set her on her way as opposed to trying to sell her a new tire. 100% recommend going to Accurate Automotive if you need work on your car
