My husband and I are new to Louisville. My brake light came on about a week after we moved. My car had 70,000 miles on it and the brakes had never been replaced, so I was looking for an honest, affordable place to check my brakes. Based on reviews on other sites, I decided to go to Fern Creek Auto & Truck Repair. Im so glad I found this gem! The man at the front desk offered to take me home for a few hours so I wouldnt have to sit in their waiting room. I live 20 minutes from the repair place, but he insisted. Such a friendly and reasonably priced place!

Paid way less for brakes & service at Fern Creek Auto than the quoted price at other places! Super friendly! I was even given a ride home and picked up so I wouldnt have to wait around the shop while my car was being serviced. Will definitely be taking my car there for now on!

These people are SCAMMERS! My husband took the car back up there and told them to fix it, because its still not fixed proper!! He left the car there & they had it towed! We went and made a police report & we were told by the police to sue them!!! Dont trust these people!!
