I dropped my 2012 Audi off at 8 am. Robbie told me it would take an hour or 2 to do my 55,000 mile service. Also, the oil light was lit up on my dash. I also had a blown fuse and he said he would change it for me. Well 3 pm I called and Robbie said hes just about to get to it?? So at 4 pm he calls and said it was ready. I go pick up my car and one of his workers pulled my Audi out of the garage. He handed me the keys and told me he wasnt able to change the fuse and said he didnt have enough time to do the "other stuff"? All they did was an oil change in 8 hrs. Didnt change the filters. Robbie told me that the oil light on my dash didnt go out and I needed an oil level sensor and when I brought my car back to get the sensor put in, they would finish the "other stuff". Well I made an appt with my Audi dealer because the oil lever sensor would be covered under warranty. Audi had my car for about 2 hrs and called me and said whoever changed my oil filled it up too much. They took out some oil and the light went off. I called Robbie and told him what happened and he said no way they put too much oil in? Well, Robbie, idk what to say, but they took oil out and the light went off. I told Robbie that him or the Audi dealer lied to me and he got mad and hung up on me. This is his business and his reputation, if someone called me out like I did to him, I would try to figure out how this happened. I would call Audi and ask them exactly what they did so it doesnt happen again. Not Robbie, he just hung up on me.
