I have been using Springdale Automotive for about 2 years now. I like to buy used and keep my vehicles for a long time, so a great mechanic is a must for me and my family. With 4 drivers and 4 cars, we have used Springdale a lot. What I like about Springdale is that they are very friendly, they have a professional shop, with a neat and clean front desk and waiting area. They are very knowledgeable about all makes and models and they dont make short cuts. They can respond quickly when they know you are in a hurry to get your work done. They will also keep you up to date on the service your car needs. I love that I can drive my car in and Pete can give me a ride to my office, so I dont have to wait! And they always send me a thank you email. Love them!!

I took my Audi a6 to them with a knocking noise & all of the sudden I need a new engine! So, $6,337.00 dollars later I get my car back with a check engine light to which Im told that when you buy a junkyard engine thats what you get! Really?I have more problems now than before, even with a "Blown Engine", Im ashamed to say I took it to them. My hood open sensor they broke & instead of replacing it they UNPLUGGED IT!!!! IM OUT $6000 & THEY HAVE WASHED THEIR HANDS OF IT! If they didnt know enough about Audi they should have never taken on such a hard job. I will tell everyone to stay away! I wouldnt let them wash my car let alone work on it again! They should be shut down

My wife and son were traveling from Maryland to the Louisville area for the Vex World Robotics Tournament when the engine started knocking. She called at 7:30 am when Springdale opened and they got her right in. They offered her a ride back to the hotel, coffee, and conversation. Honest, courteous, friendly, professional service. An oil change and new air filter solved the problem. We were greatly relieved. If this is how someone on the road in a tough situation is treated, I can imagine they have a lot of loyal local customers. Many thanks & God bless you!!!!

I always have our oils changes done here and I would feel very comfortable having repairs done to any of our vehicles. They have the best warranty in the city and pull the vehicles car fax. They notified me one day there was a recall on one of our trucks which already had the repair done and was able to be reimbursed from Ford! If they wouldnt have told me about the recall we would have never have known! We have been a customer ever since!

Visited Springdale Automotive today to get a second opinion on my car. I was told by another shop that my car had a bent strut. Brandi and Chad were so informative and helpful and had one of the technicians inspect my car. I was happy to find that I only needed an alignment and the strut was not bent. I highly recommend Springdale and appreciate their integrity. 5 Stars!!

Springdale is top notch. I heard that dreaded scratching noise on my brakes and called them at 10:30 am. They bent over backwards to get my car in, called me back to let me know how it was going twice, and had the car fixed less than four hours later. Its a family owned place and the staff is super friendly. If I have a problem with my car I will definitely go back.
