Horrible customer service! I was transferred back into the customer service holding queue while I was talking. The second representative refused to transfer me to a supervisor and continued talking over me as I continued to say "May I speak to a supervisor or manager, please." The rep continued to talk over me stating she needed to help me...when I didnt stop requesting a manager she placed me on hold. The customer service supervisor I was finally connected with completely contradicted the terms of my contract I confirmed with representatives on two separate occasions. Dont let PODS steal from you. Go elsewhere!

Pods will attempt to get an extra month from you. No matter when you cancel service they wont pick up until they can bill for the next month. Customer service are experts at the run around, and passing you around. I was told they would refund the last month, then that it was under review and the last time they would email the local office to get an answer. You cant speak to the local office and they have final say whether you receive a refund for an overcharged month. Stay clear of this company. They are out to get all the money they can from you

I had high hopes for PODS but theyre being unbelievably unprofessional!! They give a 3hr window that you cant choose, and then miss it. How?! And now its 4 hours later, no call, no show, no nothing. I have to move to another state and Im stuck in their mess. :/ ... called customer service and was given the run around with umpteenth excuses as to why they cant so much as contact me regarding their lack of integrity. I will never use this crappy service again, it doesnt even deserve 1 star.

I was charged an extra month of storage fee (for their storage in their facility) AFTER my pod was delivered and after they took the delivery fee while it was sitting in my driveway, already emptied and scheduled for pick up.

Awful. Delivery was late, pickup was later. Customer service is worse. Will NEVER use them again.
