DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!! BOUGHT TWO TIRES FROM THEM BACK IN 2013 WITH THE LIFE TIME WARRANTY...I CAN IN THE OTHER DAY WITH MY PAPERWORK AND THE GUY TOLD ME THAT I DONT HAVE A WARRANTY ON MY TIRES AND WHAT I DID HAD WAS ONLY FOR TWO MOUTHS AND IT WOULD BE $88 TO FIX MY TIRE. NOW A NEW TIRED COST $89. SO I JUST LEFT DIDNT FEEL LIKE GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH THIS GUYS .SO TODAY IS MONDAY AND I CALL TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER THE GUY WHO PICK UP THE PHONE TOLD ME THAT THEY DONT HAVE ANY MANAGER AND THEN TOLD ME HE IS NOT HERE...SMH...SO ANY WAY I TOLD HIM WHAT HAPPEN THE OTHER DAY WHEN I CAME IN AND HE TOLD ME THAT I YOU DO HAVE A LIFE TIME WARRANTY ON YOUR TIRES! SO I ASK HIM WHY DID THE OTHER GUYS SAY THAT I DIDNT...THIN HE TOLD ME THAT IF I USE THE WARRANTY (WHICH I DID WITH IN THE FIRST 6 MOUTHS OF PURCHASED) THAT THE WARRANTY WOULD BE OVER...WHEN I FIRST CAME IN THERE TO GET MY TIRES I WAS TOLD I HAVE A LIFE TIME WARRANTY NO MATTER WHAT HAPPEN OR HOW MANY TIMES SO NOW I JUST WASTED ALL THAT MONEY FOR NOTHING. PEOPLE DO NOT GO HERE PLZ DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!!

Be prepared for a second visit and even third. Test drive your car before leaving this shop. When i went test driving with the mechanic he kept denying the car was swerving after an alignment and I had to yell at him to stop holding the wheel back because he was doing it over and over again right infront my face. They ruined my spring break plans! I cant belive they let me walk of the shop without fixing the problem and wont even offer a partial refund and I still need to get my car fixed. Never come here if you dont know anything about cars because they will rip you off. They told me I needed a new wheel and I purchased one for $85 dollars and the next day when I asked to see the old one they told me they had returned it, 40 minutes later they called me to show me how my old wheel was unbalanced, they obviously think im a fool. Regarless if it was my wheel or not a business should not lie to its costumers in the first place. I feel i overpaid, was mistreated, and lied to. Definitely wont being my car here again and I dont recoment the lsu population to come here either.

I had just bought 2 brand new tires a week ago and I got a leak in one of my brand new tires. I did not purchase the warranty because it made it more expensive and my parents told not to buy it, Im also a college student so I dont really have the money for these extra things. So, I walk in and one of the guys behind his computer screen grimaced at the screen for about 10 seconds and I asked "what?" And he turned the computer around to me and pointed at the screen and I saw the "declined" next to the warranty. I said yeah I didnt get it because my parents said not to because it made it more expensive. Then he made a remark saying its only $19 and I was like ....okay. And he said want me to tell them to fix your tire. I said yeah. So he goes and comes back and I ask how much it is going to be and he said $30 and I said okay and as he walks away he says "could have been free". I am super pissed off and I dont plan on coming here ever again. That was extremely unnecessary and horrible customer service.

The employees were great. The facility was very nice, very clean, and very accommodating with a soda machine, coffee, couches, and television. I asked for a ride home so I could leave my vehicle for a few days as I knew a couple of parts would take a little time to find and then get ahold of. My driver was one of the mechanics and was a very nice gentleman. I was informed of everything as it occurred when they found what was wrong. The personal customer service they use makes me happy as they all were extremely well spoken and helpful and had a sense of empathy. I highly recommend using this facility. I started with Skid Marks on Coursey and was very pleased. So Im glad to see this place actually does it even better.

I went to Goodyear on Lee Dr. to get a simple tire patch job done and being told they could take care of it that day, I raced over there only to be told they wouldnt be able to get to it. Skid Marks was COMPLETELY honest with me about how long it would take and that they wouldnt be able to get to it until the next day. I got the patch done on a Monday morning and received a follow up call that Friday to see if I was satisfied. Being a mechanic myself, I would highly recommend coming here. Top notch customer service.

I had a tire leaking down and arrived at 5:10 pm the door was locked closing time is stated as 5:30. They open the door and I ask if they can fix a tire and they say no it would take to long and all there guys have left the shop. So I ask if I can get some air to make it to another shop and they say no there compressors are shut down already. I have stopped to help others when I didnt have the tools needed to help, but to know I could shut the door on someone in a bind is just poor business. Thanks Skid Marks.

I came here because I thought service would be fast and convenient. Its been over an hour and they havent even started on my simple oil change. Definitely not coming back here. I came in right after they opened at 7:30 - thinking I would be one of the first in line, but they obviously serviced cars in front of me. Also, when I walked in and asked how long it would take, they said "we will get it right in, no more than 20 minutes." Yeah right.

Paid $900 to fix my brake when my truck was almost broken down and I was desperate. Brake started squeaking about two weeks after and I took it to a long time trusted mechanic out of state. He told me they used the wrong parts and put them on incorrectly and completely ripped me off and it had to be completely redone. Never getting work done here again. They took advantage of a desperate college student.

I had a great experience with the newly-rebranded Tire Engineers. I had a cheap quote from Walmart on four new tires. Tire Engineers matched Walmarts price of tires w/ warranty AND installation. Great deal. When I had an issue after installation (pressure indicator light stayed on), I brought my car back and they promptly fixed the problem. Great folks. Thanks guys!

I have been going to Skid Marks for years for tires and service. I have always had a great experience with their service. They always follow-up to make certain they have satisfied customers. I would not think of going anywhere else for tires.

Skid marks on Lee drive has definitely lost my business as well as respect. Lie after lie after lie. Steer clear of this business at all cost. Theyll leave your bank examiner scratching his head after theyll threw with you.
