Not even worth 1 star. Horrible service. We planned everything out and still had to wait 3 hours. I picked out my car a week before, had insurance and everything ready for the day of, all we had to do was sign papers. We were told to be there for 8:00, we got there at 7:30 and had to wait 2 and a half hours before even getting to the finance department to sign papers. AND NO ONE EVER TOLD US WHAT WAS GOING ON! The only thing they said was that someone else had come before us, EVEN THOUGH WE HAD AN APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED, ( their appt was later). They were very rude and dont manage their time well. RUINED my car buying experience

Horrible, they really should be close. We took our 2000 Lincoln LS in for repairs and here we are a month later and we still dont have our car back. How do these people stay in business. Never take a car to these people for repairs.
