These people got me out of a bind, when I had a serpentine pulley and belt eat itself on a road trip. Instead of taking advantage of my situation, they did the opposite. They found an idler pulley somewhere in the area, had it delivered while they began pulling the old parts off. I was shocked, but the labor and parts were very inexpensive. A lot of shops, seeing that I was travelling from out of town and in a hurry, would have had sky high labor bills, these people treated me like family. Ill never forget how they made my whole week with such incredible customer service. It was just over an hour and they were done and I was out the door.
