I went here a while back because I had a coupon. I saw them try to scare an old lady into buying $2000 worth of repairs when she just came in for an oil change. I was disgusted. Then the mechanic and the front desk lady tried the same thing with me, saying it was only a matter of days until my car died on me if I didnt shell out an extra $1800 for repairs that same day. Talk about high-pressure sales tactics.

WOW! Never met a shop with such honest people. Youngstedts is the ONLY place I would take my car for any tire or suspension needs. They have done top notch work every time I have gone in. I appreciate that they will take me into the shop and show me the issues under my car, explain to me what is essential to fix and what is just worn and not a safety hazard. Truly recommend this shop!

Squeezed me in last minute for a front end alignment on a Saturday morning. Were extremely accommodating and friendly. Great service, comparable price, clean and neat restrooms and waiting area. I couldnt believe how chipper the staff was for being at work on a Saturday morning! Excellent overall!
