Ive used other local agencies in the past and tried All About Travel because of its convenient location. In the past, Ive been stranded at airports in huge lines due to flights being cancelled or delayed that Id miss my connection. One call to Dee-Anne was able to get me tickets on another (direct) flight, so no more sleeping in the airport! Now that I have kids that I am traveling with, Dee-Anne knows amazing family package deals and takes care of everything for us!

If you want to have a great, hassle-free vacation, skip all the complications of doing everything yourself and get Donna and Dee-Anne to do it for you. Super-professional and took care of everything. When one flight was cancelled all it took was one phone call to All About Travel and they took care of everything. We were on the next flight, transfers updated, hotel contacted. Great, local travel agency that really cares about your experience. Highly recommend. A+!!!

If I could give it zero I would in a heartbeat. They never told us we had to switch airports halfway through the trip which caused us to have to get a cab that cost $100 just to get to the right airport. Absolutely pathetic. They will never get my business ever again. Im telling all my friends to never go here because they will regret it greatly. I dont suggest going to this place to anybody.
