Highly recommend!! I arranged a round trip fare for my college student from campus to PWM. The fare was the best I could find and the cab was prompt and professional, even called to confirm times. In addition, we received especially outstanding service on the return trip when one of my students bags was misplaced at the airport after a late night arrival and the airline was shutting down and not able to help. The driver waited for my student to search for the bag and the driver called the airport office and alerted them and they found the bag later that evening. The next day the driver drove the found bag back to campus, and communicated with me as well giving me much peace of mind. A+++ service from the driver and the owner who both kept me informed. Friendly, helpful and professional, they went above and beyond expectations. Thank you so much Hi5 Cab

No show without warning. We booked a cab 5 hours in advance from when we needed it, stressing that we were on our way to a wedding and needed to be picked up on time. We confirmed an hour after calling just be to sure. When it reached the time we had arranged to be picked up, we called again to make sure he was on his way. He ignored our call, and then sent an automatic reply reading "Im not available right now." When we called again, he answered and said "I cant pick you up, my son is alone" and proceeded to send us a photo of his son and request to FaceTime. It was weird and unprofessional and totally screwed us over getting to the wedding on time. We have sympathy for parenthood, but the fact that he wasnt going to tell us in advance, let alone AT ALL, that he wasnt going to come to our scheduled pick-up is unacceptable and beyond rude.

I havent taken a cab in several years and was in need of one last week. I dreaded it based on past experiences I have had with stoned/inebriated drivers who smoked in the filthy broken-down cab. I was pleasantly surprised to see a clean late-model sedan pull up. This was a new taxi service I had not used before. The driver told me he would be there in ten minutes and was right on time. The car was immaculate.. the driver/owner very pleasant to talk to. I was very impressed and no longer dread having to call a taxi and will use Hi5 Cab whenever I need one again.

No show. I strongly discourage anyone to use the service. I called them 3 hours before my departure. A lady who answered the phone confirmed my booking. However, the driver didnt show up. When I called them back, they just told me I didnt provide my mobile number so they couldnt take my booking. Seriously? When I talked to the lady, she DID NOT ask me to provide a mobile number. And they refused to send another driver to pick me up. VERY DISAPPOINTING COMPANY AND THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

I am happy and glad that I have a best service for Airport taxi in Portland Maine. The Hi5 Cab Maine is surely a professional company for all your travelling needs. I called them and the driver dropped me on the airport without taking long routes. I am beyond any doubt that they are just providing the best service in Portland Maine. No Show. I strongly discourage use of this service. I was one in a large group of people abandoned by this taxi service. We had advance reservations which had been confirmed via phone that morning. Attempts to reach the company to find out why they were late went unanswered. They never showed and we ended up scrambling for other transportation.

The best thing about their services is that they can pick you up with in a 20 minutes any wherein Portland.You have to appreciate their services of taxi with in the city.When ever I have to go for my work or some business meeting I always prefer their services.

Just got a ride today. All other taxi companies either couldnt get a cab to us in time, or didnt pick up in OOB, but we were able to get a cab through Hi5. The vehicle was clean, the driver was friendly, and he had no trouble getting us to my spouses neurology appointment in time - even with the roads covered in snow.

Me and my family have trialed the shuttle services of Hi5 Cab for several occasions and the best one I remember was the wedding week when I used to order their services frequently and indeed they treated me like a bridegroom. They are dedicated and respected to their clients.

Very nice drivers, Clean cars, and very nice to talk to. One thing that I love about Hi5 cab is that they are super friendly and they have really nice service I called and they said they would arrive in 10 minutes and they did I would recommend this for many good reasons.

The driver was very nice and the car was clean. The driver was even 10 minutes early and put my luggage up nicely. Since I had such an early flight (5:30am), it was nice knowing I would arrive on schedule without any hassle. Definitely suggest them!

No show. I called and texted multiple times to be met with automated responses and horrible service. Im sure when they show up its a wonderful cab company but in this case I would not recommend that you use it as I will not in the future.
