Dont. Waste. Your. Money. The driving school at AAA Rockland is by far the worst AND most expensive driving school in the state of Massachusetts. First of all, they advertise themselves as being open until 5:00 PM on weekdays, but Ive shown up just after 2:00 PM on several occasions and they were closed. I have given these people easily over $1,000, just to be instructed by people who all taught me different things. I would have one instructor for one driving hour that would say, for instance, "Use your hazard lights when backing up." Then, at my next driving hour, when I used my hazard lights to back up as I was taught, the new instructor slammed the break and rudely asked what the hell I was doing. They change their rates ALL the time, so I was quoted a certain amount and charged something much higher on several occasions. Twelve useless driving hours, a failed road test, and over $1,000 later, Im pretty much fed up with these people and I feel like I should warn everybody to steer as far clear of this driving school as you can. Its a joke. These people are robbers, and they dont have the instructor expertise to justify their prices at all. Select a different driving school if you actually want to learn how to drive.

Its been 25 years since Ive made my own airline and hotel arrangements; my trips have generally been booked through the office. So I was a bit confused by all the changes in long-distance travel when I suddenly had to make a trip from Boston to Denver. I decided to check out AAA travel services and was delighted with the results: the friendly and capable staff handled all aspects of the trip including air arrangements, hotel, and rental car. Service was not only efficient but ultra-quick too. Highest recommendation.

I was going to order a Trip Tik online for a x-country trip, but I decided to stop in the Rockland office and talk to someone there. I spoke with Laurie who was quite helpful in mapping out details for different routes. I ended up taking a US map home with me so I could figure out exactly which route I wanted to take. I called Laurie and left a message that I had made up my mind (finally) on which route to take. She returned my call promptly and set up the Trip Tik for my trip. Very good experience.

Im a mother of four children and we all wanted to conclude our summer with a family trip to Canobie Lake Park. I learned that as a AAA member, we could purchase these tickets either online or at a local agency. I went to the Rockland Agency because it was local to where we live and was surprised to see how much being a triple A member can benefit our future adventures! The discounted tickets were great at only being $30 each which saved us $6 per ticket.

I visited AAA in Rockland, MA to have my Drivers License renewed. What a great experience! The wait time was about 10 minutes (or less). Everyone was friendly and efficient. I drove from Plymouth to Rockland to have this done because going to the Registry of Motor Vehicles in Plymouth has been a very frustrating, time consuming and unpleasant experience. I encourage everyone I know to visit AAA for this registry service.

We are very happy with our agent Lelina. We booked our trip to Disney World for August and she was very helpful and knowledgable. She assured me I could call her anytime with questions or any deals that I see so she can get me the best possible deal available. AAA roadside assitance workers take their time and leave people waiting for hours because the longer it takes them the more money they make.. Today i clearly stated my address and they said they drove an hour in the wrong direction to an address not even close to the one i said.. If you are associated with AAA/ work there you are most likly a scumbag.. Stay away from AAA if you dont want terrible service

The AAA employee who helped us with TRIPTIX was very courteous, friendly and eager to help….My husband and I were attempting to put together a road trip which included approximately six other people coming from four different directions…..We could not have done it ourselves, especially since our lives are so busy and short of extra time. Whenever my family and I go on vacation, we always go to the AAA Rockland Office. The staff and travel advisors are always helpful and provide excellent advice and service. We have also used the AAA Driving School for my eldest son and I have been quite impressed with the school and the training. We intend on using the Driving School for my other two children.

Service was, as always, quick and courteous. My only suggestion is that AAA begin offering coverage to motorcyclists for roadside service and towing. It shouldnt be that hard to come up with a plan that offers that part of the motoring public the same services that are offered to cars. Charge whatever it would cost. im sure many members would sign up for it.

I usually do my own TripTiks online. However, I havent taken this trip in many years and know the state roads are constantly under construction, not to mention the many name changes made to the roads. I felt the safer route was to have my local AAA office do my TripTiks for this trip. Their service was courteous, efficient and very friendly, as usual.

You cant beat the service here! As a AAA member, one of the best perks of all is being able to get a new drivers license in less than 10 minutes! Everyone here from the receptionist to the clerk working the DMV area was super nice and friendly. The whole experience was great and I know that I will recommend them without reservations.

Someone told me we can renew our drivers license at AAA so I looked into it and went to the Rockland office. I was very happy with the service. It was sooooo much better being able to review my license at AAA as opposed to going to the RMV. The lady at AAA was both friendly and professional. I was in and out in 10 minutes.

Visited this location to purchase Phantom Gourmet gift cards. Staff was very courteous and helpful, as always. While I was there I picked up some travel guides to help with planning for a vacation to England, Scotland and Ireland. They are always extremely pleasant and helpful. I recoomend their services to anyone in need!

I guess there are other places I could go for passport pictures but AAA sure makes it painless. Plus, if your picture is not good (i.e. "You look like you were just released from jail!") you can have a do over! AAA is just a great place to take care of your many travel needs plus they are now doing road service for bikes!

In planing a trip to California I stopped by the Rockland AAA for maps. Ginnie, the person who helped me, was familiar with the places I was going to visit and spent a lot of time with a map and a highlighter showing me different routes and places to see. Her knowledge and advice were greatly appreciated.
