My experience was phenomenal. I used AAA for a used car loan. The approval was fast (less than an hour) and I received a better rate and better terms than I had expected. They were able to close the next day and the closing was quick and easy. The representative was professional and explained everything in a way that was very easy to understand. I was in and out in 15 minutes! Not only that, but I was told my licence was due to expire soon and was able to submit my renewal right there at the branch! My new licence just came in the mail a week later! I would recommend AAA and in particular this branch for any and all of their service. Fantastic job all around. Very satisfied customer. Thank you again.

Over the past few years I have had to replace batteries on my cars. AAA comes to my home and puts in a new battery and takes the old one away. The response to calls is fantastic, even in the winter. The service people are friendly and helpful. Over the years my experiences when traveling have been supportive. The services which include access to maps, travel information, passport photos, and actual planning of trips is worth every cent paid for my membership.

Stopped by . . saw Lisa(I think it was) and asked for a Trip-Tik from Ft. Lauderdale to Wilbraham, MA. She armed me with every map and booklet in the areas I was going to travel in and said the Trip-Tik would be mailed. Got it!! It was perfect . .she was perfect! The only thing I forgot was to ask her if she could get away with me! Ah, next time!! AAA is and always has been my best friend when it comes to travel!

AAA was slow in providing reservation service for hotels in the 11 day tour that we provided. They also booked one reservation and told us it was at a different hotel. The entire area was completely booked and we had to drive 15 miles to a camp that by chance, had just had a cancellation. We were charged for the reservation they misbooked, but AAA reimbursed us.

Decided to drive to visit family in South Carolina & then go on to see others in Florida. Called our local AAA & arranged to pick up the trip tik. Was ready when promised, very thorough, great having maps so we could adjust route as needed. Great staff & love my AAA membership overall ... its easily the best money I spend every year! Worth every penny!

I could not be more pleased....the AAA office there open despite me arriving a couple minutes prior to closing, took their time while we made sure my daughter could get a passport photo, & never made me feel rushed or unimportant. The management team there should feel lucky to have such great people working there.

Needing an eye test to renew my MA license, I noticed a huge unhappy queue at the Registry of Motor Vehicles office in South Yarmouth, and fled. Then wondered whether AAA does that for members, and they do. Looked in at South Dennis AAA and got instant friendly service, no waiting at all. A great member benefit!

I WENT TO THE SO. DENNIS OFFICE TO GET SOME EUROS FOR MY GRAND NIECE WHO JUST GRADUATED COLLEGE & WAS GOING ON A TRIP WITH HER HOUSEMATES FROM COLLEGE. YOUR ATTENDANT WAS VERY FRIENDLY & HELPFUL AND THE PROCESS WAS PAINLESS. I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER SINCE 1977 AND HAVE ALWAYS HAD GOOD SERVICE.

My experience was amazing. The service is something between smoked lean steak and those golden chocolate coins I used to get in 1st grade. Locked my keys in my car, called and in less than 25min I was driving away towards the sunset while playing Marvin Gaye. Hands down best service

I went for the registry service. They were quick to sign me up for the EZ Pass, no problems there, RMV service kept going down, long wait and they couldnt give a time frame of when it would be back up. I had to leave before getting licensed renewed after waiting over an hour.

I have used the South Dennis AAA office in the past for my RMV needs as well as travel information and assistance. The recent experience in late March was speedy with no wait and the staff were helpful and very pleasant. I will continue to use these services in the future.

The rudest women Ive ever met. 4:50 and the door is closed and locked. Workers just sitting shaking their heads. I understand the stress of "the last customer" but staff accordingly or change your hours. This is sickening, I cant believe I subscribe to this "service", ha!

I have had very good service at the AAA in South Dennis at the Patriot Square Shopping Center. I went two times this summer to get maps and to get a passport photo taken. Both times, I did not have to wait long and I was greeted in a friendly manner.

Easy to get to. I wasnt sure if it would renew a license which needed an updated photograph & vision test. I walked in. There were only two other customers in the middle of the day!! I was greeted immediately, signed in and I was out in 10-15 minutes!

Your South Dennis photo is of the Insurance Agency, Travel Agency, not the mail office. The main office is 150 yards around the corner that is not visible from the main entry. Otherwise, the services are great.
