Everyone in this office has been friendly, helpful and most accommodating. We were supplied with our Trip- tiks, maps and reservations for our annual trip to Florida. Happily our journey was uneventful. Because we travel with our Golden Retriever, it is necessary that we book into pet friendly hotels. All of that is taken into consideration when the reservations are made. Weve passed along our suggestions to friends in the same situation, with recommendations from AAA. I called when I had a flat and discovered I did not have a jack in the used car I had just purchased. The young woman on the phone was very helpful and said it would be up to 45 minutes for someone to arrive. The AAA truck pulled up about 10 minutes later and had me on my way in less than a half hour. He was very helpful and told me what I would need to keep in the trunk should I get another flat and want to fix myself. Great service. I dont know why anyone with a vehicle would not have AAA. Thank you.

AAA in Plymouth make it easy we get our auto insurance here. They also offer a easy auto loan where you can apply online. They only hit my credit check once, I appreciate that. They lose one star from me because they opposed the 2014 elimination of the automatic gas tax hike. That alone had me seriously considering dropping them completely but in the end I decided to stay. If they support gas tax increases again, Im done as customer.

one of the kids locked my keys in the truck. was told because it was running it would be a priority and someone would be out in less than 45 minutes. waited 4.5 hours with my truck running. no apology, just an excuse that they had a lucrative tow job. this was not the first time i have had a ridiculously long wait. there are much more efficient roadside services available.

My husband and I use AAA for most of our travel plans. They have maps, books and lots of helpful hints to offer. We recently got our International license for our trip to Italy, took 15 minutes from start to finish. Everyone is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I have been a faithful member for over 45 years so that should say it all!!
