Travis the manager of the tire center will lie right to your face and will avoid helping you if you have problems with your tires (that you bought from them) I had tires for less than a month and they were all warped so I went in to get an exchange (also brought in the tire test results which I got from General Motors) Travis said that it was my vehicles fault even though I showed him all the tests that it was not my vehicles fault the tires were messed up. Long story short the idiot travis wanted to put the new tires on the front of the truck to fix the problem. (Like I told him) it didnt fix the problem, it made it worse. So I just went to ellsworth walmart and they fixed the problem for me. Do not waste your time at the brewer tire center the manager is an idiot.

The service here is glacially slow. It takes forever to get someone to the counter to help you and then ages for them to finally get your car done. The one good thing I will say is that the service manager Corey is great. Hes helpful, fast, and nice. Its too bad the rest of the employees dont seem as motivated.

Went there for an oil change but I went there the other day to see if I can get an coolant flush an the guy just looked at me with a dumb look an said no we dont that you need to go else where but here, an I tried to ask about other services an he just went on to the next customer like really! Never again!
